Dec 11,2024Nach Feststellung, dass ich eine defekte Fernbedienung (Duplikat) erhalten habe und ich über den Kontakt geklärt habe, dass ich keinen Bedienungsfehler gemacht habe, schrieb mir Herrn Ondrej Krejci , dass er mir eine neue Fernbedienung zusenden lässt. Freundliche Worte in den E-Mails und eine schnelle, erneute Zusendung! Sie funktioniert einwandfrei :))

Dec 09,2024Ich habe vor einigen Wochen zwei Fernbedienungen bei Remote Control World bestellt. Laut Website waren die Artikel ausreichend auf Lager, und die angegebene Lieferzeit betrug 2–4 Tage. Der Versandpreis erschien mir für eine solche Sendung ohnehin schon überteuert, aber ich war dennoch bereit zu bestellen. Nach einer Woche ohne jegliche Versandbestätigung oder Lieferung habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert. Dort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es noch 1–2 Tage dauern würde, bis die Bestellung aktualisiert wird. Das klang für mich merkwürdig, da wir selbst im Versandhandel tätig sind und so eine Verzögerung eher unüblich ist. Nach zwei Wochen habe ich erneut nachgefragt, weil immer noch nichts passiert war. Wieder bekam ich eine vage Auskunft: Die Bestellung würde sich verzögern, sollte aber „morgen“ verschickt werden. Nach fast vier Wochen (!) kamen die Fernbedienungen schließlich an. Leider war ich erneut enttäuscht: Die Verpackung war in einem schlechten Zustand, und die gesamte Erfahrung hinterließ bei mir einen sehr negativen Eindruck. Fazit: Ich kann Remote Control World nicht empfehlen. Die Lieferzeit ist viel zu lang, der Kundenservice wirkt ahnungslos und inkompetent, und ohne mehrfaches Nachfragen erhält man keinerlei Informationen zu seiner Bestellung. Es wäre deutlich kundenfreundlicher, offen über Verzögerungen zu informieren, anstatt die Kund*innen im Unklaren zu lassen. Alles in allem eine enttäuschende und frustrierende Erfahrung.

Dec 09,2024Après plusieurs échanges très professionnels avec eux, VAT a compris que le problème ne venait pas de ma télécommande comme je le croyais, mais du Mover de ma caravane. Je leur ai envoyé la carte du mover. A ce moment-là, les échanges sont devenus peu clairs avec des messages génériques sans explication (le dépannage est terminé, etc…). J’ai pensé qu’il s’agissait d’une escroquerie en ligne. Puis j’ai reçu la carte réparée (au bout de 2 mois), et j’ai obtenu leur aide précieuse pour la réinstallation. Je suis finalement très satisfait d’être passé par eux, malgré le délai probablement dû aux vacances d’été. Il y a eu des ratages, comme cela arrive à tout le monde, mais c’est une entreprise sérieuse.

Dec 05,2024Excellent and very kind technical support. In the end, i was able to pair and activate all the new remote controls. I would recommend to specify clearly in the instructions that some remotes need to be paired also with the control unit of the main device (gate or other). In the current instructions this is not clear, and it may make people give up, which would indeed be a pity, as the product is so good.

Dec 05,2024The remote for our Faber Zoom Hood arrived within the specified time but did not work properly from the get-go. The lights on our hood would work every 20 presses or so but that's all. I contacted the company to let them know and they were very prompt in offering to send a replacement without charge. I was also not asked to send the non-functioning remote back. The replacement works very well. Beyond the initial worry of 'Is this a serious company and have I lost my money?', this company has delivered and I would recommend them to whoever needs a replacement remote.

Dec 05,2024I had to ask for a new spare part. I received this quickly without additional cost. It turned out that the original part is working again and after telling them the issue they proposed to use the new one as back-up. I can fully recommend this provider.
