Jul 19,2023Everything we hoped for and more, the location is both beautiful & peaceful. The cabins are perfect, we particularly enjoyed the views from the comfort of the bed! Ludlow is beautiful and only a 10mins drive. We will be back!

Jul 18,2023Really lovely and relaxing stay! Loved the interior design, the firepit and the outdoor bath, and it's so relaxing being out in nature. The only downside was the team have uploaded their walks on an app but we couldn't get this to work at all and it kept taking us off in random directions so we ended up having to just turn back which was a shame. It was raining quite a lot when we went though so were happy to stay indoors and relax. Would definitely visit again!

Jul 17,2023What an incredible stay at R+W Shropshire. The Robin cabin set up was so welcoming, warm and cozy and the outdoor space of the bath/ Fire Pit and Pizza Oven were great. The estate was so peaceful, didnt see another soul all weekend. great walks and pubs around and Ludlow just 5-10 mins drive. Perfect weekend getaway

Jul 14,2023Cabin was in the middle of nowhere, right on the edge of Exmoor in a field - great views and super peaceful. The finish in the cabin is excellent, the en-suite was great, wonderful shower. Super comfy bed with excellent views over the hills, and sheep freely roaming. We added the brunch pack, rosé and late checkout. The rosé was corked and upon arrival we couldn’t find a corkscrew, text the number advised for issues and the site manager contacted me to arrange to bring on up to us within 15 minutes, excellent service! The late checkout was well worth it for us, as it meant we could have a lazy breakfast and enjoy the views for just a little bit longer. The only disappointment was the brunch pack - prices were left on several of the items so we could tell that the produce only cost about £20 which meant being charged £50 was particularly annoying, we were willing to pay for the convenience but this seemed ridiculously marked up, next time we’ll just bring our own food. Overall the cabin and the stay was wonderful, with excellent service when needed and we are already planning our next trip, to the Shropshire site this time!!

Jul 08,2023We have just returned from our stay with Rest +Wild in The Sparrow, Shropshire. We loved everything about this stunningly presented off grid cabin in the woods. The sound of the birds in the trees around us, watching the moon through the panoramic window as we lay in bed at night, seeing absolutely no one else and the copper bath in the woods with beautifully hot water, made for the stay of a lifetime. Everything is thought of and the cabin is finished to an exceptionally high standard. I can’t can’t say enough about it. We just loved it … thank you Rest+Wild .

Jul 07,2023Rest + Wild is the perfect escape from city life. My partner and I live hectic lives with our two dogs and we were all in desperate need for a short getaway from it all. Gorgeous cabins in idyllic setting. We brought our pups and had the absolute best time with a lovely meal at the London Inn to top it off. Thank you once again!

Jul 06,2023Wonderful views of Exmoor and beautifully appointed cabin (The Harestail) for our five night stay. We used the breakfast packs twice and although these were pretty expensive they saved a 40 minute car journey to get more food supplies. The local London Inn pub is really excellent if you want to eat or drink locally. There’s not much storage for clothes or food and I would say that cooking for yourself can be a bit challenging. And I agree with another review about the water supply. Pretty frustrating at times and not mentioned until the welcome message. Also plenty of sheep around so you need to keep a dog on a lead at all times. Overall a really great treat for a few days away. The views, sunsets and starry skies are so relaxing.

Jul 03,2023Probably the best place we've ever stayed. It was immaculately clean, nothing hadn't been thought of and no expense had been spared in the detail of the cabin. We adored it. Worth every penny. The *only* thing was that in our cabin we would lose water access when other cabins were using water for baths/showers as we were higher up and water pressure wasnt sufficient. We were kindly warned in our welcome message, however, it happened a lot over the couple of days for 15/20 mins at a time and was really quite a pain when wanting to clean hands/wash up dishes/refill dog water. However, hasn't put us off as would be back in a heartbeat.

Jun 08,2023We decided to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary in this beautiful place. Wow! The views From the windows in our cabin (Robin) was one we'll remember. The cabin was really well thought out. Our 2 dogs loved it too. There's something magical about having a bath outside with a bottle of fizz. Already looking at returning next year. Thank you for making our stay amazing 🤩

Jun 07,2023The Exmoor Cabin was set in a quiet location with the most wonderful views across Exmoor towards Dartmoor. Superbly well equipped with luxury bedding and everything needed for a fabulous break and reset in nature’s surroundings. We ordered a few of the food packs and everything was from local suppliers and the best quality.

A truly relaxing and resetting experience set in the countryside with the cabins being of the highest standard and just what was needed. Thank you and could not recommend enough.

We had an amazing time, the views were stunning, the cabin was beautiful and I wish I could take those bed sheets home with me because they were like sleeping in a cloud :) don’t forget to bring sugar if you like that in your tea and coffee though 🤣

May 25,2023Such a memorable experience. You can tell the the team have such a passion to create an amazingly relaxing getaway for all. I enjoyed a solo trip here with my dog - so perfect. The views are incredible and the small touches in the cabin did not go un-noticed. Impeccably decorated - I could have stayed there for days. The bed is soooo comfy, but you'll be too distracted by the night sky to get a full night's kip - stunning! Would highly recommend. I'll be coming back for sure.

Cabins are easy to get to and even though some seemed a bit close at first, the way they are placed gives you full privacy and makes you feel like you’re completely alone in the field. Sheep come and graze by the cabins when the sun rises. Cabins well equipped with all cooking and cast iron utensils you might need for the fire pit and gas stove inside. Views are breathtaking, and cabins comfy and cosy. Will definitely be coming back.

Jul 20,2023Beautiful cabin with outstanding views from our bed. Lovely walk through the estate to Ludlow. The bath tub in the trees was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the linen sheets were gorgeous. Would go again for pure and utter peace and quiet.
