Sep 01,2024I had a seamless service from Retirement Line when I decided to take my work pension . Joshua rang me and discussed all the options available. He called me back after getting me the best deals available on an annuity, he went through all the different types, paperwork was then promptly sent to me . I just had to read and sign and enclose a few other things. It was all made extremely easy. Terry then contacted me by email, on a weekly basis, with updates. I cannot fault their service. Efficient , easy , friendly and professional. After 48 years of working it’s a bit nerve racking deciding what you want from your pension , they made it so easy. So I would recommend them, it doesn’t cost you anything, only a little bit of time. Thank you Joshua Lawson and Terry Finch. Brilliant service!

Sep 01,2024Matthew Summers has been very patient over the last couple of years. He provided myself with quarterly annuity rates, ensuring that I was able to return the best return for my pension pot. Terry Finch was excellent in regular communications whilst the lump sums and pension income were being generated by the provider. The whole process was implemented in a less than expected timescale, which was excellent. Well done, chaps! My wife will be back in a couple of year's time!

My initial enquiry was handled professionally and thoroughly such that I understood all aspects which I needed to consider for the annuity. Everything progressed exactly as had been explained with recommendations on action which I could take to speed up the process. I was regularly updated on progress and everything has been completed entirely to my satisfaction. I would particularly like to mention Josie Thomas and Andrew Rist for their help. It is great to know that excellent service still exists.

Had I not go with the provider I selected, I would have used these. i can definately recommend that you consider them for a Pension company.

Aug 22,2024After spending ages researching reputable companies to help with arranging my pension pots and being wary of scammers I came across retirement line filled in a on line questionnaire was then sent a written quote After going over the quote decided to phone them and go through the process Turned out to be the right decision Thomas was informed and very helpful found the right package for us We was then handed over to Mollie who kept us informed step by step on the progress of our pension I could not be more grateful and happier with the service they provided and no pressure I would not hesitate to recommend these guys Thankyou

Aug 21,2024I received really excellent service from Retirement Line in the difficult process of assisting the transfer of my pension fund at completion to an annuity with an external provider. The transfer took seven months due to repeated obstruction by the company holding the pension fund. During that time Samantha and Mollie repeatedly contacted the holding company and kept me fully informed of the difficulties and nature of the unnecessary and protracted delays in a process underpinned by a reluctance in the company to release the funds to an external provider.

Aug 21,2024After having spoken to Pension Wise I knew I wanted to transfer my pension pot to an annuity. I found Retirement Line during a Google search and saw the company had good reviews. I was a little unsure what to expect, but the whole experience was excellent. I would like to thank William, Annuity Consultant, for patiently explaining my options and sorting out the paperwork needed to get the pension transfer process started. Also, Andrew, Customer Relationship Consultant, who then became my contact during the actual transfer process. He did all the chasing up and updated me at every stage of the transfer. The entire process went very smoothly, and I am so pleased I found Retirement Line.

Aug 21,2024After months of getting nowhere with other people I contacted Retirement Line.Matthew got straight back to me with better annuity information and quotes.Sabrina was allocated to sort out the money transfer and annuity with Just.She used her initiative to progress chase and speed up the transfer to Just,arranging my lump sum and annuity.They got onto it and sorted it.If I was younger I'd probably ask Sabrina to marry me!!

Aug 20,2024Danny Page my first Line of contact with Retirement line ecouraged me to think carefely about the type of pension I would like that siuted my needs .My pension was ideal to convert into a Fixed term income plan as It did not have any guarantees .Danny sent me qutations on a few diferent products and I found it easy to choose the one with Canada life which would give me the most for my money . Mollie Turner followed up to sort the final details . I Found the whole process very professionaly carried out .I thank Danny Page and Mollie Turner very much for sorting my pension plan so quickly .

Aug 19,2024Very easy process from original contact with Matt who explained my options and with weekly contact with Amanda whilst awaiting annuity set up by email and telephone .Process was pretty straightforward. A little issue with my pension provider releasing my funds but Amanda kept in contact and informed me what to do to push it along.
