Nov 17,2023Excellent Company First contact was excellent I spoke to a David Brewer, very knowledgeable and professional, nothing was too much trouble and he explained everything and put my mind at ease straight away. After he set everything up for me he told me another colleague from the company would be looking after me now while everything was being set up. Sure enough I was contacted by Sabrina Allen she has been brilliant and kept me updated throughout the process. Nov 16,2023Approaching my chosen age for retirement, I invested a significant amount of time investigating my options in who to select as my broker for my pension fund and annuity. After checking Trustpilot, reviewing the accounts for Retirement Line on Company House and confirming their senior management's data, reading their online Privacy statement, and checking their FSA accreditation, I called Matt at their office. (He is in the sales team) He was helpful & professional, and discussed my needs openly. I was able to choose my preferred options as I knew what I wanted to achieve. Working with Matt was easy, and he communicated thoroughly and promptly several times. I made my selection from the Providers, read the Terms and Conditions through several times before making my final choices. (Note, commission is paid on choices made, but this is funded by the new Provider) After this, I was assigned Bryony as my Admin officer, who was very, very patient. We must have emailed back and forth more than 25~30 times over many weeks. Nothing was too much trouble, and she was able to answer all my questions, and keep me up to date with the process. Although there was a delay in setting my annuity up, it was out of Retirement Lines' control, and rested with my old and new Provider (and their systems) I would recommend Retirement Line as a broker, as they were excellent throughout.

Nov 14,2023The whole experience was a success, and I got the annuity payment I wanted. Tony Jarman provided excellent brokerage , including much jargon-busting and explanations of the quotations. Once I had chosen my provider the Admin team of Amanda Grkinic and Terry Finch handled the communication with the provider , regularly and frequently letting me know of progress, by phone or email. Rightly there was no financial advice given. My own research confirms that I could have not achieved a better annuity by going direct to the pension companies, and I just feel really happy with the brokerage provided. I would recommend this firm to anyone. Thanks guys.

Nov 10,2023Initially dealt with Danny, who did a brilliant job of sorting me out with potential ideas based on a fairly specific set of requirements, resulting in a very competitive quotation. Once sorted, a seamless handover to Mollie saw the deal completed in good time. An outstanding level of friendly professionalism, excellent communications, prompt service and a tolerance for "dumb" questions made these people exceptionally easy to deal with, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. My initial contact was Paul Guy (I used Retirement Line 5years ago for my original Fixed Term Annuity and Paul Guy also dealt with this). He was very helpful and answered all my queries regarding the setting up of my new requirements. After the setting up and completion of initial paperwork with my selected provider he handed the final administrative responsibilities to Andrew Rist who dealt with everything upto and including completion. Andrew kept me informed at every stage by telephone and emails. My first payment arrived late September I have no hesitation in recommending Retirement Line and thank both Paul and Andrew for the smooth completion.

Nov 08,2023How to organise your retirement income is an important aspect of ensuring you maximise your earning potential when no longer working. Getting the right advice can be confusing at best and costly at worst. I chose Retirement Line after being put in touch via Pension Wise. The process was handled from start to finish by Sam Pitchford and Sabrina Allen. At all times during this process Sam & Sabrina were professional , efficient and courteous. I was encouraged to contact either if there were any aspects of the transfer process I was unsure about, or needed clarification. Communication from both was excellent and I was kept up to date every step of the way. The service I received made me feel confident that Retirement Line put my financial future first and customer service is clearly at the heart of what they do. I would not hesitate to recommend Retirement Line to friends or family. I'd urge anyone looking to arrange retirement income via an annuity to contact Retirement Line first.
