Olivia was dealing with our case and she did amazing throughout. always answered our questions and responded to emails in a timely manner. she was very efficient and was always happy to chase things up when needed. only negative we had was it's almost impossible to reach your case worker on phone calls but this was okay as I imagine they are very busy. Email responses were very regular and quite quickly which made up for it. Thanks Again Olivia

Apr 17,2024Completely unprofessional and unreliable service. Unfortunately we decided to use RG Law Sidcup for our house purchase and we are at the verge of losing our dream home. We have raised complaints and tried contacting the staff. They do not even respond to the sellers solicitors or agents and we are in a position where we might lose the house due to their poor service.
