It's a massive shame that all conveyancers do not aspire to work to the same high standards she demonstrates. Loren took over our purchase and sale matters at a very late stage yet despite this and the fact she likely had countless other cases to deal with she worked tirelessly to progress matters and get everything over the line. Her responsiveness and committment to client care whether verbally or in writing, by informing us at all times of progress no matter how small, was above and beyond. After months of delays and sleepless nights we have finally exchanged and we honestly believe this would not have been possible had it not been for Loren's work. Thank you Loren sincerely. It was useful that virtually everything was done by email/apps as we never had to actually visit the solicitor at all. That just suits me fine. Akshaye & Hannah did a good job and it was a pleasure to deal with them.

There is nothing negative to pass comment on and our experience has been nothing but positive. Both worked tirelessly to make sure all the paperwork was completed in ample time, way before the completion date. This was reassuring for us as buying a new house is stressful but with the work ethic put in, we did not feel stressed at all.
