Lauren's attention to detail is commendable. Most communication was carried out via email or secure portal which proved to be ideal whilst juggling a busy work life. We did speak over the phone and handed some documents over directly too - this was convenient, efficient, and professionally conducted. Ewan took the time to explain anything we were unsure of. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest client and I sent an awful lot of emails, but they were always answered promptly. All my paperwork was ready for signing well before completion, so everything was lined up ready to go (unlike some of the other solicitors in the chain). I would readily recommend them for conveyancing!

Feb 11,2025Yewande, Orla, and Sara were absolutely fantastic and really helped to relieve some of the stress that comes with moving. Emails were always prompt and updates were given frequently, and they chased our developer when we struggled to get answers from them ourselves. There were only a couple of times that we had to send chaser emails among an immense sea of email chains, and when they responded it was quickly and with great detail. No question was too silly, they were always polite, and overall a great pleasure to deal with. Yewande was outstanding on the exchange date, and Orla was absolutely brilliant on the completion date. Would absolutely use them for any future moves and would 100% recommend.
