Feb 27,2024Chose the local Sidcup, Kent office as it has disabled access. Only to find that probate work completed in York which worked well via email. Excellent professional service from the York office. Went through documentation which was in a red document box with woman at Sidcup at the start of probate. Specifically asked for this box to be returned at the time. Progress chased a number of times after Probate concluded via telephone & email. Was it lost or stolen? No reply. Would have given 5* had it not been for failure to return my property.

Feb 24,2024Lauren who was to have dealt with the sale did not communicate with me until the sale had been completed but left it to a legal assistant. All communications took far too long resulting in an an excessive delay in a simple house sale. Not impressed!

For example, they regularly kept me updated and nudged me when they still expected answers from me. He always replied promptly and provided wise advice on how to approach and handle certain parts of the sales process which had the potential to cause friction with the Buyer. I think this points to his obvious experience in the area of conveyancing. I found the whole sales process to be smooth and would certainly welcome RG Law and Craig to others.
