Jan 31,2024We were recommended RG law solicitors when buying our first property. The process was quick and efficient and took around 10 weeks from getting our sale agreed to receiving the keys. I believe this was down to the excellent and efficient service Beth and her team provided. Beth was professional, had a lovely manor and explained our questions and concerns when we were unsure of anything. The app was useful so the progress of the sale could be always viewed, and our emails were answered promptly. My partner and I felt we were in very good hands with RG Law. The only reason why we haven’t given 5* is because of the initial quote on the invoice increasing throughout the process. We found there were many hidden fees which we were totally unaware of, so ended up paying quite a lot more than the initial quote stated on the first invoice. We felt this should have been explained to us beforehand, so we had an awareness of all the additional fees before signing up with RG Law. Apart from this, great service and would use again if we decide to sell/buy another property in the future.
