I used RG Law for the sale of my flat. The process took significantly longer than expected and was quite difficult, but Aljosa and Rheanne stuck with me and were always available and happy to speak to me when I had questions or concerns (compared with other solicitors I’ve used in the past, who never answered the phone). I’m giving 4 stars only because I felt I had to chase quite a lot, especially when things started to go wrong - but we did get there between us in the end, which I never thought we would. Thank you!

What an incredible service. Very very satisfied with the work and such a fast response for any inquiries. We have dealt with Rheanne and Al throughout the whole process and we are pleased. Not to forget the timing and how patient they have been with us , we managed to get the property within 5 weeks . We highly recommended this firm.

Asked for a document from storage and the responce was very positive, helpful and efficient. Small blip with the accounting that requested money that I had already paid. In particular Julie Butters was extremely supportive, helpful and efficient and provided an outstanding service.

Thank you, RG Law. Thank you very much to our case managers Faye Bishop and Bradley Banks. Starting from our decision to purchase the property, the lawyer team took over our case. About three months later, we successfully received the keys for the new property. They are very professional, and the case manager has been following up on our case. We have many questions and concerns, and although our English is not good, they still have the patience to answer our questions. It's worth recommending them.

Avoid at all costs. Used RG law during the sale and purchase of two houses. Terrible experience from start to finish. The main telephone line to their York branch is automated ( you have to leave a message) a huge problem when you case manager very rarely answers her phone. Had to use emails that with an extremely slow response time. Huge lack of experience shown throughout, and the whole thing felt extremely unprofessional. The major issue was RG law failed to pay the correct redemption amount on the old house. This was despite having the correct document from Barclays. We only discovered this when Barclays contacted us demanding money in the 3 thousands pound we had left in the old mortgage, on a property we no longer own. A huge mess and we now need to find the money on under two weeks. Even contacting RG law with this issue, you can’t speak to anyone l, all automated ( leave a message ) phone lines. They did not provide an adequate service and they where not cheap. Avoid at costs.

I used RG Law when buying and selling my house. I just wish that both my buyer and vendor had used the same firm. Jenny was approachable and spent time explaining the process to me. Rianna kept me informed and prompted my vendors solicitors, which was needed several times! Jordanne was lovely and was always accessible. Megan was a star on the day of exchange and completion. Although this went entirely by phone and email, everything went well. Patience was needed with myself, as I am getting older and details can get a bit sketchy. They altered my Will twice due to my giving wrong information but this was met with kindness. I may have obtained an excellent deal (for us older persons) but there is no way that this was a second rate service. Very pleased all round.
