Apr 11,2023Nadia Pinnock was prompt to answer emails and helpful in talking through some points I needed to clarify. I would have given 5 stars but having been told the draft Will would take about 5 weeks, I didn't hear anything for 3 months. I was told there was a high volume of people apply during 'free Will month', so assumed there was just a backlog. When I chased it up, I was informed that it was posted out before Christmas. I have never received that one, but a copy of the draft was promptly posted out to me on request.

Mar 31,2023Probably the best solicitors (Rakib Uddin) we’ve dealt with so far. Our case was a bit complicated involving a third party and not directly with sellers so communication was limited. Took longer than what we normally expected but RGLaw shown their best with communications & responses to keep us in the loop. On last day of our mortgage offer they successfully made the exchange with lots of emails, calls to beat the time. Definitely going to use them again in the future as we’re already with them on another property right now. 100% recommended and 5* service :)
