She went out of her way to communicate effectively with all parties involved, quick and efficiently. She was always available and a pleasure to talk to in the long process it took. We would sell our house with Richard Kendall and Karen again.

Our sale was handled by Karen who was very professional and knowledgeable, providing regular informative updates by telephone and email. We would not hesitate to recommend RK and Karen in particular.

Apr 22,2024We purchased our new house through Richard Kendall, and we were thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Elizabeth Cooke (Liz). She was friendly and informative throughout the entire process. Liz ensured regular communication to keep us updated on the progress of the sale, and answered any queries promptly which was greatly appreciated. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. However, we do have some constructive feedback for the viewing team. During our visits to a couple of previous properties, we found that the team showing us around lacked knowledge about the properties they were showing. While we didn't expect a hard sell, it would have been beneficial for the agents to provide basic information about the properties to aid our decision-making process and not just to be there to open the door to let you in essentially.

It's been 2 months since we turned to them for rent, we travel from London to Wakefield without any benefit every weekend. The valuation provided by David was very thorough and informative, and from that point the secretaries (Kirsty and Sophie) made sure the house was on the market quickly. Karen looked after my property and from her first vendor contact call she kept me updated the whole time, she provided me with suggestions on how best to market and sell the property and thanks to this within the month my property went from not on the market to sstc. The sales process can be a stressful life event but with the kindness and compassion shown by Karen, and the Wakefield office this sale has been made easy.

Mar 23,2024I have been meaning to write a review for a while. We moved to Wakefield 10 years ago. We rented our house through the Horbury office. Always helpful and get back to you. Then we started looking for our 1st bought home 7 years ago. When viewing, Richard Kendall always get back to you. Other agents don't always. I would say 50/50. But Richard Kendall without fail. The buying process was smooth with them. When we came to sell, we didn't go anywhere else, because above all customer service is king. We didn't even compare prices as we knew we would go with then whatever. That is what a great brand does. Bought our 2nd house with them and Catherine, Lucie and especially Melanie were always helpful and understanding. Richard Kendall are not just a great estate agent. They are a great business with customer service at the heart. This is why they are so successful. Thanks.
