Feb 26,2024I was hesitant about spending my money using a traditional estate agent when there was so much advertising promoting free or low cost house selling. I am so glad I stuck with my instincts and went with Richard Kendall’s. No fuss & no bother, no hidden costs. We were lucky to have wonderful Elizabeth Cooke (Liz) looking after our sale. Liz was a superstar from start to finish. I honestly don’t know if I would have survived the process without her calming influence or professionalism.

Feb 25,2024Richard Kendal has to be the best estate agents in the district the staff commitment on selling my house has been amazing, all credit is due to Elizabeth Cooke her determination to her work is above and beyond as with my sale there where several issues further down the chain which held up our completion by several months but due to Elizabeth's total commitment to see the transaction thro to the end it all came thro as she would contact all the chain's estate agents and solicitors several times a week to keep up the progression of our sale/completion we cannot thank Elizabeth Cooke enough for all her hard work and dedication to make sure our sale went smoothly I cannot stress how satisfied we are with Elizabeth's service through Richard Kendal estate agents (they have sold me two properties) over the last 8 yrs and each time have delivered a fantastic service I will highly recommend them to anyone a great big THANK YOU

The patience they showed during a drawn-out and protracted sale, which would have tested the patience of a saint, is to be applauded. They kept me informed at every stage of the process and remained enthusiastic despite numerous obstacles thrown in our path. Property transactions rarely go to plan; having somebody behind you at every process step is critical. Therefore, I have no hesitation in recommending Richard Kendall to anybody looking to buy or sell a property—a first-class service.

Karen was always professional, polite, helpful and very responsive to any queries I had; promptly dealing with any via returning my call or via email. Jan 25,2024I chose Richard Kendall based upon previous estate agency requirements that they fulfilled for me. As with the earlier transaction my overall experience was again excellent. The process of buying and selling a property can be a frustrating and difficult task. Throughout the whole process of this sale my representative at Richard Kendall was always available to answer my calls and provide timely updates and advise on current progress. In some instances going above and beyond expectations when the Buyers solicitors were proving to be uncontactable. Without these actions I believe a longer and drawn out sale would have ensued. I would definitely recommend and chose Richard Kendall again for any future estate agency requirements.
