Mar 23,2024Very happy with the service. Amanda kept us informed and contacted us every week with an update, she even spoke to the solicitor on our behalf. Overall very happy with Richard Kendall and would use again if moving(which we won’t be for a long time😬)

Mar 21,2024This is now the second house that I have sold via Richard Kendall and to be quite honest I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Yes there are cheaper agents around that make you pay upfront, take all your own photos, arrange your own viewings etc but in my experience moving house is stressful enough without having to do all that as well. With Richard Kendall you can be confident that they are doing their upmost everyday to market your property via there many different media platforms to get you those viewings. The beauty is that they don't charge until completion either so you know it's in their interest to do everything they can to make that sale. Always professional, quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them to anyone. Amanda and all of the team at the Normanton office were brilliant! I don't plan on moving anywhere else just yet but if I do I will be straight on to Richard Kendall once again. Thanks guys.

Mar 21,2024Richard Kendall were marketing the property that we have recently purchased. Liz was looking after the sale and she kept me updated every step of the way with weekly calls. Any queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently and her communication between ourselves and the vendor was excellent. I had more contact from her than I did from the estate agent who was marketing my property. I would recommend anyone using Richard Kendall to sell a property requests for Liz to handle the sale!

Mar 20,2024This is not the first time I have used Richard Kendall’s. Having moved plenty of times over the years I have always been so happy with the service I have received. The ladies looking after my property, Shireen and Catherine was amazing. They took care of everything for me, updating me with what was next at every stage. I cannot rave about this estate agent enough. I hopefully have found my forever home now, but highly recommend to anyone looking to move home.

Mandy was always extremely friendly, positive and helpful and sought to answer any of our questions and queries in a prompt and efficient manner. Despite this sale taking longer than the average, which was due to issues outside of the control of Richard Kendall's, Mandy persevered and always kept us informed; her input ensured that the sale kept moving in the right direction and ultimately to a successful conclusion.

We trully appreciate Jessica's professionalism and clear communication. Mar 15,2024Our negotiator was Karen Marijewko. Whilst the sale progressed we felt that we had to do too much chasing, given a fee of £3,000 +VAT. We would have expected to be light touch - but we were pressured into chasing solicitors. Their recommended solicitor was equally slow. Once it got to exchanged contracts things got better with Richard Kendall, but overall not the best experience.

Feb 29,2024Cath and Shireen were very helpful in getting this sale over the line.Their approach to assuring customer satisfaction was exemplary. They were great communicators and explained what was happening at every step over the year it took to sell the property. It's true to say a shorter experience would have been more agreeable however I can't put them at fault for that. I can add that the valuer, David, was good at his job and not at all "pushy"; a definite plus in an estate agent!
