Jan 11,2024We rented a house in Wakefield with Richard & Kendall Estate Agents for 16 months. The rental ended up in a Section 21 eviction notice. It was an unusual and a stressful situation for us, but we managed it with some professional help from the agency. The agency itself is well organised. Their employees are helpful, responsive and act quick when necessary. Overall, even though our tenancy ended in an unexpected manner, our experience with the company was positive. Hence 5 stars. I cannot thank Karen Marijewko enough for the way she handled what turned out to be a time consuming and at times frustrating journey. Karen kept to her word and her regular updates kept me fully up to date from all parties involved. (duly passed on to my Aunt) she says she couldn't have done this without me .... But please be aware I definitely couldn't have done this without Karen, she truly is a credit to her profession.

Jan 03,2024Richard Kendall valued our house and they were our agents to sell our house.Karen was the lady dealing with the sale. She was excellent during the whole process and kept me informed about what was happening every step of the way. She even let me know when she was going on holiday and called me as soon as she was back with more information. We could not go through the whole process of sale as we withdrew from sale because of changes in our circumstance. I would highly recommend the estate agent as a company, and would definitely recommend Karen as the representative to deal with any sales or purchases.
