Oct 18,2023I cannot speak too highly of the service provided by Trish Wraith who guided me through the process of selling my property, providing me with details of all enquires, viewings and offers in a very pleasant and proficient way. Trish was always on hand to answer my queries easing my concerns about any issues that came to the fore. She liaised between myself and the buyer before reaching a satisfactory conclusion to the sale. I highly recommend Richard Kendall Estate Agent and thank Trish for everything the she did to assist me in the sale.

Oct 17,2023I let my property out through Richard Kendall with Kelly as my main point of contact. This was the first property I had let out so needed everything explaining from scratch which Kelly was happy to do. Kelly was thorough and friendly throughout the entirety of the process. External factors meant that there was quite a bit of pressure on ensuring the property was let quickly whilst still ensuring high quality tenants, which was no issue for Kelly. Overall extremely pleased with the excellent service provided and would 110% not hesitate in coming to Richard Kendall in future.

Oct 15,2023Used Richard Kendall again for selling my property and although it didn't go smoothly this was down to my and the buyers solicitors who dragged on the sale of an empty property for 5 months. But Karen Marijewko was fantastic as always by using her professionalism when my chips were down to reassure me that everything will be OK. Wouldn't hesitate to use Richard Kendall again and especially Karen.

She was always quick with responses by email and was available by phone with words of encouragement. I can't thank her enough for taking care of us. What a star she is !

Oct 06,2023Don't normally bother doing reviews but I cannot praise Suzanne Jordan & Donna Leeson at Ossett branch enough for what seemed to be the most difficult and longest chain in history. The perseverance they both showed at times when all seemed lost is an absolute credit to them both. Would highly recommend and will definitely use RK again in the future as long as Suzanne or Donna are employed there. 10/10 *****

Oct 23,2023Worked with Donna and Susanne from Ossett branch from May to October and they were excellent. I was quite nervous as a first time buyer but they were great at answering all my questions. They kept me well informed of any progress and took it upon themselves to mediate between the solicitors, when they were not responding to queries. They always followed through on everything, even if it was just to say 'hi we haven't had a response to this yet, so we will try again tomorrow'. Cant fault them at all, thank you both so much
