Jul 22,2023I rented through Kendals for almost 12 years , always paid my rent early, the house wasn’t the best when I took it on , I kept the inventory to prove , after a few inspections I got letters saying the house wasn’t up to scratch stating the things that were wrong when I signed for it. I had a fence erected by a reputable company, Kendals sent an email telling me to take it down immediately so I refused, after a couple of weeks they served me with a section21 , no fault eviction, I soon found somewhere else nearby, after a month the fence is still there , I felt like I was treated really badly
