There were a few hiccups along the way with solicitors as is to be expected. Sophie dealt with all my queries promptly and professionally. Would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling a property.

Jul 07,2023While some of the comms from our solicitors on both sides might have been questionable, the communication that we've had from Richard Kendal throughout this whole process of selling our house was AMAZING. Karen and the team kept us updated at every single point, even when there'd been little progress, and provided all of the information and guidance that we've asked of them. I honestly wish that other companies within the property industry had the same level of customer care that Richard Kendall have - it's been a pleasure working with the team! :)

My personal journey has not been the most straight forward, how ever Shireen and Catherine have ensured that we achieved the sale through to completion. Karen Marijewko was my contact and was amazing, keeping me up to date with the progression of the sale on a weekly basis.
