Jun 04,2023For perseverance and help in challenging circumstances, Richard Kendall’s Ossett office were excellent in providing helpful advice but also listening to our requirements during the sale. The Senior Property Consultant (Mandy) has been a constant support during the highs and lows of a difficult sale but displayed a tenacity and professionalism that has been second to none. We have appreciated the advice given on difficult decisions and would not hesitate to recommend Richard Kendall’s at Ossett as an Estate Agent to use in the selling of a property.

May 31,2023A very positive experience with Richard Kendall estate agents at the Normanton Branch. From a valuation ( that was pleasantly more than we expected ) to completion of sale , thank you very much. Sarah at the Normanton branch was our point of contact for the sale of our property in the Normanton area. During the sale process from 5/11/22 to completion on 31/3/23 Sarah kept us fully up to date with progress and where necessary pushed along the process.On the few occasions when Sarah was away from work her colleagues would continue the regular updates in her absence. Using RK was not our cheapest option but having decided to work with RK we have no regrets ,as the saying goes you get what you pay for and we received an excellent service and would recommend Sarah and her colleagues at RK ……thank you again.

They look after our rental properties like they're their own, which gives us fantastic peace of mind. They're always on hand if I need to talk stuff through too, even though I know they're super busy.

We made a request in the renewal that required liaising with the leaseholder and the freeholder management, she managed to get it sorted within 2 working days!
