Nothing was too much trouble and always helpful and would resolve wherever possible. Customer service was expectional.

Feb 03,2023We have just purchased a house & Richard Kendal were the agent. Initial extreme disappointment with the very limited viewing time given & the rushed nature (also applicable to other viewings of different properties they were selling). That said afterwards once in the purchase process the service given by Karen Marijewko in particular has been excellent. Gave updates every week as promised & assisted with all elements of what turned into a complex purchase process for us. I only have experience as a buyer with this agent but if I were to market a property and Karen was acting on my behalf I would be very confident in her professionalism, ability to take instruction and importantly maintain an awareness of what’s going on & update me, which unfortunately is not the case with all agents.

Feb 01,2023From the start of our house move journey everything was going to plan and very smoothly and we had a buyer with in 48 hours of putting our house on the market, Sophie would continuously keep me updated and was on hand to answer any questions that we had. In the middle of January we had some very sad news that we had lost our baby and I had to have a life saving operation. The week of my return home from hospital we had to make a decision to move out of our property as there was some complications with one of the sellers in the chain and if we didn’t move then the whole chain was about to collapse. From the bottom of our hearts we are truly grateful for how Sophie dealt with the whole situation, she took over everything for us and really took the pressure and stress away from us allowing us to grieve our loss and focus on my recovery. I am usually the one who would deal with these situations but due to been very unwell my partner had to take over, Sophie explained everything to him and reassured him and went above and beyond for us both. If we hadn’t of received the amazing service and care that we did I don’t think we would be moving into our new home with the situation that we are in because that would have been too much to handle on our own. Thank you so much Richard Kendall , Sophie you have been amazing and you are an asset to the company. I really do hope that this reaches your manager and you get the recognition that you deserve.

Karen has dealt with me with kindness, professionalism and the way she goes above and beyond is so amazing. I cannot say enough as words cannot comprehend, however thank you so much for such great service and professionalism.

Their marketing was superior, we had a higher volume of better qualified potential buyers, and their communications were frequent and appreciated, in particular those of Karen Marijewko who managed the sale. Jan 25,2023We have recently had an offer accepted through Richard Kendall and I can't speak highly enough of the service that both the company as a whole and specifically Karen Marijewko, have provided. Although I own a home and have purchased properties a couple of times before, this is my first time taking a leading role in the process. I had a lot of questions and wasn't entirely sure of the process or etiquette, nor was I perhaps the best at understanding the crazy world of real estate, despite having watched every episode of Selling Sunset (including the reunion). Everyone at Richard Kendall is incredibly polite, lovely and patient but especially Karen Marijewko. It very much feels like Karen has gone out of her way to help me and my partner. She entertains my calls, ridiculous questions, misunderstandings and unnecessary episodes of panic with compassion, professionalism and sincerity. She is also incredibly fun to talk to and always makes me smile, putting me at ease. I can't speak highly enough of my experience so far.

Dec 30,2022Advertisement of properties could do with being made a little more personal rather than feeling like a copy and paste exercise. The office was excellent at keeping me up to date throughout the whole process of my sale. Avoid using their suggested mortgage advisor as he rarely returns calls or replies to emails.
