Mar 17,2023Amanda / Sophie @ Pontefract office was really good from start to finish. Advised and happily discussed the marketing and changing of photos and descriptions etc to what we wanted. They phoned all potential buyers and invited them to look at our property, they then Managed to achieve a lot of viewings and an acceptable offer within 3 weeks of going online. Amanda then managed the sale progression through to completion and responded to emails and calls all the time. Thank you.

Although it was not a straightforward transaction Mandy was there to mediate between myself and the vendors. There was trust and consideration on both sides and credit a lot of this to Mandy’s expertise. All the staff I have dealt with at Kendall’s have been very efficient and courteous. A family run firm with a personal touch. Highly recommend their professional and personal service.
