They were extremely quick to get it to market and this resulted in a sale within only 1 day of it being listed! The photos and description of the property were of the highest quality and I'm sure these helped the overwhelming interest there was in it. I would use Kendalls again without hesitation! Mar 26,2022From the very beginning Richard Kendall's advised us of when best to put the property on the market, they arranged and undertook all the viewings and informed us of when each viewing had been booked and any feedback. Within a week we had a large number of viewings and had accepted an offer. We were then kept informed of progress on a regular basis through to exchange and completion. The staff were friendly, efficient and very approachable, exceptional. We could not have asked for more. Thank you.
