Feb 18,2025I discovered Riverford a few weeks ago, and I am bei g consistently impressed by the company and their produce. It is well worth browsing through their website, as it is evident how much thought they invest in their customers and their products. I am amazed at their exceptional customer service and how efficient and well organised the company is. Highly client centred and personalised service. I am also amazed about their free delivery right from the other side of the country - I live in the North East, and how it works like clock work every week, each time I get my delivery! It makes my day opening the box with different produce each time. Just love it 😀 😍

Feb 18,2025had to contact river food recently as my bank seems to be having a lot of tech issues that's blocking payments, the person i spoke to was super helpful can not thank them enough. we got the problem sorted and I've now made sure they got payed as soon as my bank told me it could. Thank you riverford for being kind, understanding and helpful.

Feb 18,2025Easy to order, easy to change boxes if you need more or less veg. Everything is super tasty, packed with far more flavour than you get from the big box stores. They take back their boxes, so very little waste. What’s not to love, really.

Feb 18,2025I was spoken to from a stand at Blackfriars Station. Instead of the big hard sell, I was asked questions and given a great recommendation to get a small veg box every 2 weeks so I didn't waste food. The variety of veg has inspired me to cook more and try recipes I've not used before. The veg is delicious... definitely better tasting than what you get at the supermarket. The free cookery book means I have ideas no matter what is in the box.

Feb 17,2025I think Riverfood is great, I love their oranges, apples and salads and potatoes. Their carrots just insanely full of flavour and colour. There is always something in our middle sized box what makes me especially happy and grateful.

Consistently great produce. I switched after another veg box supplier became more corporate years ago and haven't looked back.

Feb 15,2025It’s so easy to order, there’s a good choice of in-season vegetables and fruit as well as dairy and store cupboard essentials. The rye bread is the best I have ever had! Delivery is great and all the packaging is either returnable, fully recyclable or home compostable. The company ethics are also excellent: owned by the workers and fair to farmers. Overall it’s a business I am more than happy to support.

I'm on a low income, so it was a big decision, but I need to prioritise the things that are vital, like real food and care for the land and the people who's work sustains us. I feel I'm doing a good thing and supporting good people and I'm getting some gorgeous fruit and veg and feeling closer to the soil.
