Apr 25,2025I have had other vegetable delivery services but this one is the best so far. It is different owing to the quality of the produce and reliability/ timing of the deliveries. I have had some absolutely delicious meals and everything has been delivered fresh and top quality all round. Great recipe suggestions! The only thing I would change is the opportunity to substitute an item I don't like. But this has been a minor issue as I love most veg.

Apr 24,2025I love my riverford box but I have had problems with purple sprouting broccoli . It needs to be eaten almost immediately because it goes yellow very quickly. Thankyou for everything else . I shall continue ,one small box every fortnight . Hazel Beuret S

From the start the customer support has been excellent.You are made to feel part of the Riverford community starting with an introductory call. A co-operative that truly believes in sustainability from farm to distribution. Their app is easy to use and there are many varied options in fruit, veg., recipe kits, or you can build your own box. Also some delicious recipes to choose from. The choices of organic in-season fruit and vegetables are varied, interesting and fresh. Each box is accompanied by a beautifully illustrated leaflet with recipes, tips and a short interest article. My boxes of fruit and vegetables have always arrived in perfect condition first thing in the morning. I could not ask for better. Thank you

Apr 23,2025I like the attention to detail: that every produce item has storage instructions and a quick cooking idea. I like free delivery with only £15 min spent. The newsletter in each box is also nice to get. The quality of the produce is also very good and with seasonal items and those grown locally - the taste is really great!

I enjoy reading the newsletter that arrives with the order each week. The order arrives in boxes that we return for reuse. Any wrappings or either paper or compostable plastic. A really excellent way of buying food.
