Nov 08,2024Honest food, exciting deliveries. I'm getting so much more adventurous with vegetarian meals. I love spending wholesome time washing the veg and reading the recipes. The app is super handy, so interesting and easy to order from. I get deliveries as and when I want as I find a box last over a week!

Nov 08,2024I think I’ve been living under a rock, I absolutely love Riverford, we actually eat less meat now cause there’s just so much variety and I’m loving my free autumn cook book, thank you. I would always avoid the super market if I could and now I have the best excuse, delivery is great, the whole customer service is great! And of course the fruit and veg are delicious can really taste the difference. My favourite part is that I’m supporting uk farming.

Nov 08,2024You rarely find veg as fresh as these, normally I would go to the shops at least twice a week to make sure I don’t have sad and wasted vegetables sitting in the fridge. They stay crisp all week and there are varieties that you wouldn’t find in the shops near me. I’m extremely happy with this company, the refer a friend deal is very generous and the other week I was even gifted a recipe book.

Nov 08,2024The products arrived, as always, very well packaged - which is just as well as the foxes had a go at getting in! The boxes we left out for you were left behind because you delivered to the wrong entrance. This is despite a note on our account to please always use THE SIDE ENTRANCE. Apart from this small hiccup we are proud to support you. Always amazing quality and (unlike others) your prices are fair and reasonable for such premium products. Keep up the good fight… against the supermarkets. They have no chance against you guys.

Nov 07,2024Despite leaving clear secure delivery instructions the driver repeatedly left my order on my front doorstep in clear view of the street. I reported this to Riverford but nothing changed so I stopped ordering from them. After many months I thought I would give them another try as you can get fruit and vegetables that you can't find in the supermarket. Again I left very clear delivery instructions but again my order was just dumped on my front door step. I asked Riverford if they would replace or refund orders that had been stolen due to driver negligence but they didn't answer. That's it now, I'm not ordering from them again as their drivers don't respect their customers and I don't want to be worrying every week if my delivery is still going to be there when I get home, especially as they're not cheap.

Delivery is punctual on our selected day and, if not home, is left in our 'safe place' We would thoroughly recommend buying from Riverford for quality & a friendly service.

Nov 07,2024I have been a customer for 9 years. No longer. Since they went employee owned the customer service has got worse and worse. Repeated changes to delivery days and never managing to leave the box in the right place. The sustainability rhetoric just does not seem to match their actions.

Nov 06,2024I love that the quality is so great, this is why I came away from the supermarkets, the price was high and yet the quality poor. I am saving money with Riverford and the quality is fantastic. Its also making my daughter and I try so many new vegetables and get far more creative with our cooking. Great service, great price and great quality, what more could you want. Glad I switched.
