Sep 19,2019Whenever I call Rockwell, the customer service is always great, and I am appreciative of that! I saw something recently about how I'm supposed to have a monthly call with someone at Rockwell to assess my progress, etc, etc. Aside from the initial calls at the beginning of the program, I've not had much follow-up at all. It would be cool to have at least a monthly e-mail from a consistent point-of-contact.

Sep 18,2019I didn't expect my score to drop WAY down before RLG took action. Of course they waited until they had their monies before they began settling my debts. After a several of on time payments miraculously I was offered a loan to cover all settlements as they are made. I was told it would take about six months. it took nearly six months before they started resulting in a credit score drop from mid 600's to low 500's. They are making quick settlements now through a loan company that obviously has ties to RLG.

Aug 30,2019Unfortunately this company is not trustworthy. I was told that they would try to settled as soon as possible. At the beginning they stated that it would take about 7 months to reach a settlement. It has been about 1 year and they have only settled 1 account. All the accounts are charged off and Rockwell is actually waiting until I get sued by my creditors. I was to pay a certain amount which included a fee to them and the last account that was settled was for 48 months starting the the month after it was settled (9 or 10 months later). The last law suit filed required that I or my attorney file a response and Rockwell did not respond because my account was under review and there was not an attorney to take my case. This is not what I was told, I was told that if i get sued, Rockwell would appoint an attorney to represent us in the lawsuit. Rockwell is not settling the case until I am actually sued and still nothing is happening. They have only settled two accounts. My credit score dropped to the 500s after I entered this program and I don’t see any help. Now I feel that I need to hire legal help to get out of this hole.

Aug 28,2019My experience with Rockwell Legal Group was positive from beginning to end. They were prompt with returning any phone calls or concerns and my settlements were dealt with in a timely manner. I would recommend Rockwell to anyone desiring to finally paying off credit debt without success due to increasing interest rates. It is so nice to finally see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Aug 26,2019After two years only one account is settled! They already have their money so what do they care? Handed us off to a loan company. Now giving me the runaround while I'm getting debt collection notices! They simply took advantage of someone who was already in a bad financial situation. RIPOFF?

Aug 24,2019I went into this program for help. You are helping but I have noticed your fees come off the top so my debts are not getting much of my payments. I was under the impression that my payment plan was figured out to take care of my bills. I gave as much as I possibly could. Even though my monthly expenses have gone up,rent, medical,insurance, my income has not. From time to time you call me about a settlement but I need to come up with more money. If I had the money I could have paid them off myself. I can't give what I don't have. What I have paid for in fees would have made a good dent in what I owed and saved my credit rating and all those awful phone calls from my debtors. You have already asked me for $400 extra from what was agreed upon. What happened to the program that was supposed to cover everything?

Aug 15,2019I have diligently emailed all correspondence and was told that the letter stating I could be sued was a form letter and never received any follow up to my emails on what was being done. I was served with a summons a week ago, emailed it to the litigation department the following day and was told that it takes 10 days to upload into the system. I called twice to check and was told to call back only to be told that they only received 1 page of the summons and that now the 7-10 days starts over. I opened the PDF that was sent and it is 19 pages. They told me to efile myself which is directly opposed to what I was told when I signed, that they would handle everything and represent me in case I was sued. It is really discouraging to think that a company can take advantage of people that are sincerely trying to take care of their debt. My credit score was great when I started, now it's in 500 and I feel that I need to hire an actual lawyer to get out of this terrible situation.

Oct 02,2019Please know that your credit score will remain low until you have satisfied the entire obligation to Rockwell Legal Group. Yes, they negotiate a lower debt owed to your creditors. However, they pay the negotiated debt in monthly installments to the creditor over a long period of time despite the accumulated payments you made to RLG. In my case, I've paid twice the negotiated debt reduction over a year's time and must wait another year for the creditor to release a letter to the credit bureaus stating the debt has been satisfied. I owe 2 creditors. One is 2/3's lower than the other. Instead of settling the smaller debt in full timely to increase my credit score sooner, Rockwell holds the funds in order to pay their service fees. Use this program as a last resort.
