I have been signed up with them for a couple of months now I haven't hear anything from them so I'm not sure what is going on with my account. I do know that my credit score has dropped and creditors are calling on a daily basis. If I hear nothing from then soon I will cancel my program this is ridiculous. They not called me at all like promise to keep me informed of what is going on.

They take out money twice a month. And it’s been since May. Haven’t heard from them. On hold for over 45 min. No contact with them. Have to deal with creditors everyday. I’m ready to get an actual lawyer!!!!

So someone did try to call me but i was at work. They sent me and email saying how nice it was to have chatted with me. Mind you i never spoke to anyone. I never got another call nor did they ever send me a copy of the letters they so called sent to my accounts in the program. I called this week to be removed from the program only to get an excuse for why i could not be just removed. Now i am waiting on a return call at some point this week to discuss why or what to do about leaving the program. So i know this is going to be a mess. They will keep all my money and of course i will not get any good from being in the program. I am going another route but they just can't let go. They have not held up there end of what was explained to me or even what was in the welcome package.

My husband signed up with these guys back in May. They were supposed to be giving us updates, and sending notices to the card and loan companies that they were going to be representing us. This hasn't happened and we are now over halfway through September! This place is a total scam. They are difficult to get a hold of and do not deliver on their promises.

Fell for the we renegotiate to get you lower interest rates. Had no late payments in over 5 years, 670 credit score, but paying 25% to 35% interest on personal loans and credit cards. It's a trick, in 6 months I paid over $3000 to them, they made 2 $65 payments to 1 company, now 11 accounts 6 months past due, credit score under 500. Fired them received $300 back. No idea how I will get caught back up! In reply to your response, l was not told you would try to let all my account go into collections. I was told only negotiate with my creditors with lower payments and lower interest. There is nothing I wrote that is not factual. All my friends in the military and veterans will know how you treat disabled veterans. Your nothing but a sham company! Your word means nothing. It was simply bait and switch.

So this is my second review of Rockwell... After I posted my first review of Rockwell, I received a call within a day and went through the cancellation process and verified/confirmed that I wanted to cancel the service. One thing to remember is that when and every time I spoke with multiple representatives, I SHOULD and WILL receive FULL refund since no actions were taken on my account. Fast forward 2 days, I received a call from the branch (?) in New York, telling me that I should be receiving little over $3000 for cancellation. But wait, I put in $4551 so far into RAM account for 5 months while I held the account with Rockwell so where is the rest of my money? The representative (think he said his name is Kay/Key) said it cost money to set up the trust fund in my name, administrative fees, and my conversation with one of their representative I spoke to in person (which I remember lasting only 15 mins.). Then I told him that according to the contract, "Client may terminate this Agreement at any time, and for any reason. Should Client terminate this Agreement before all debts to the representation are resolved, ALL savings and unearned fees in Client's Dedicated Account with be REFUNDED to the Client." He asked where in the contract does it say that? I told him where to look for it and told him since nothing, I mean nothing was done on my account (if anything was done, why am I getting calls from collection agency and their lawyers?), I am entitled to get FULL refund. He said there were a lot of things done for my account that I don't know of. Should the actions be transparent? He said he will speak with a supervisor and put me on hold to see if he can be authorized to get more but of course, there isn't anything that he can do. So I asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor whom he spoke with LITERALLY 3 mins into our conversation and he said, "she's not available, just left the office for the weekend." Really, 3 mins after you asked her if I should be awarded to get FULL refund? I bluntly asked him if this is one of your ways to make money and he just chuckled... WOW!!! He said he will submit for review to see if I will get my money back and that I should hear from someone within 5 business days. So the next review I will post will provide all reviewers of what the end results are so you can decide whether you want to deal with these people-chances are, NOT!!!

All agents I talked with were very informative to my financial needs and I have full confidence in Rockwell. They always put my mind at ease with the answers they gave me when asking a question. They work with me every time and I feel comfortable with this program.

i started this back in june. going on 2 payments they have took out of my bank. i have called and emailed them to see what is going on . never heard anything. i had a number from the lawyer that was on it today and he told me he longer works there and he told they should have had the new lawyer called me by now. the program i went throw hasnt call me or emailed me back. now i wander if i should have kept paying on debts. now there higher then they was and have late fees. hope i didnt do the wrong thing!!!

I just signed up with them but I haven't hear anything yet about my accounts. But I get so many creditors calling me and my account balances are still increasing.

I have been dealing with Rockwell for 8 month and I am very comfortable at this point with the assistance they have been providing. At I was not sure what to expect but after the process was underway, things are moving along. The customer/client service team is very helpful, each time I call my experience is more pleasant and service has been very supportive in explaining the status of my account.

I started making payments on Dec 2017. I was told that my creditors would be taken care of (another words I would not be receiving any more collection calls) after making 6 payments. Well this month (July) would be my 8th payment, and I’m still getting many collection calls. I hope I didn’t get scammed!!

Avoid these people they are scammers I was in the program for few months. I lost my job and had to leave the program and get a refund and that's when it got so bad. First they canceled my membership with them. Told me in seven business days I'd get my refund they said full amount. Then after 8 I called they said it may take another day because one day was a holiday, so okay. Called two days later they said ooo nobody put a refund in sorry now its gonna be seven days later from now. 8 days later called again they said something went wrong well push it through to our manager then he said it should be in three days. Three days later got refund for 0.02 % of my money they had. Called and they said that's what was in your savings now we have to write a check out manager will call you in few days. Few days past called and they said o he'll call you tomorrow morning so next day afternoon called and had to get his manager so now I'm talking to them and they said I'll only get 80% what I put in because they sent out letters and that's it so they keep 20%. I said whatever I just want my money. Now waiting for a refund and its been over a month since I canceled my membership. So if I get my refund when they said I should it took 47 days to get a refund because will post my job. Yep because having to wait 47 days for MY money is reasonable. I also had to harass the manager to get this car with them because he wouldn't answer or call me at all so had to keep calling over and over until I finally got what I wanted a refund. Best part is he always says same thing. "Who is this? Have we spoken before?" like yeah multiple times I'm the guy you keep holding my money from me. All I have to say is do business with someone else these people are scammers and horrible people.

I realized I was fading fast and could not continue working full time as an RN. Then on top of all these changes and the need to go part time as I approached retirement, I knew I was in trouble. I could not pay off my bills as I had been working full time. Finally, due to 2 illnesses I was done. I am so glad that I was able to consolidate my debt with Rockwell Legal Group. I consider myself a responsible person but found myself owing more than I want to admit. My retirement plans changed rapidly, no fault of my own. Now,I am paying off my debt responsibly, thanks to Rockwell Legal Group.

I was given a call letting me know that there was a settlement with one of my accounts. This account was the first one for me that has settled and I was not really sure what the procedure was. The gentlemen I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I felt some relief knowing that one account settled even though I have numerous ones that still are being worked. The experience I have had so far has been very pleasant and I look forward to having everything paid off. Thanks for all of your help.
