Oct 30,2020The product when installed works great and looks great. After a year it will start to fall apart. The shutter will work when it wants to. The plastics and casing will fall apart. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone - they say its with management, thats not true, its not as they never got back to me at all.

Oct 26,2020From start to finish everything went brilliantly the fitting crew arrived on time got to work straight away. Their work was good they cleared up after themselves loaded the old door in the van to take away. The workings of they doors were fully explained and I was then invited to inspect their work and the doors. There were unfortunately an few minor scratches I was assured the damaged slats would be replaced. True to their word I was contacted within the week to arrange a date for the work. Again the repairer arrived on time and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with everything and excellent value. I saved over £1000 on 2 doors compared to neighbours.

Oct 22,2020Let’s start with today , the engineer was experienced , friendly and punctual explained how the door operation works got home to find an amazing install clean tidy smooth , loving the new door don’t hesitate to use this company if anything goes wrong they will get it sorted swiftly . If you want the perfect installation ask for the team that did the job for Rodney lee E4 you won’t be disappointed

Communication was excellent and everything went well. The job was surprisingly done in less than 2 hours. . They took the old garage door away for disposal.Iam happy to have a very smooth working remote controlled garage door with a long term warranty to boot. I would highly recommend them.

The ladies in the call centre were so helpful and answered all my questions. The door, colour and installation date were all agreed, money was paid and the fitter arrived as promised. The door looks great and works well - what more could you ask for. Simple, straightforward and no issues.

Nov 14,2020Absolutely fantastic finished product. Got exactly the right door colour and edging, even managed to get the control unit where I wanted it. The two remote controls work at a decent distance and are very good quality I was a bit worried about the very American style advertising and customer service but they all worked out very well in the end and for a really decent amount of money too!
