Oct 06,2020We had a couple of issues with van breakdowns & our door being sent in the wrong container, but when the guys were able to fit the doo, they got straight to work and the door was fitted quickly & efficiently, fantastic friendly fitters. Would definitely use RDC again. Many thanks, Brian.

Oct 06,2020Overall I am happy with the design and operation of the doors and by the response of RDC. However there was a problem with the fitting . It was due on the Monday but no one arrived, though I was kept informed by RDC. they arrived on Tuesday afternoon , and when present did a good job, but I am still waiting for the manual over ride to be fitted and it has now been a week with no contact from anybody concerned. Therefor overall a good door at a good price but fitting and follow up service requires attention for full customer satisfaction.

Oct 06,2020Fitters arrived on time, were polite and explained the job concisely leaving no mess and explained the controls well. Only slight disappointment was that I would have liked edging sofit to be fitted to cover up the brick facings which had been left I unpointed albeit at extra cost. Would still recommend RDC.

Oct 04,2020Had the doors fitted in July. Encounterd an issue with the roller doors and within 2 hours had an engineer come out to fix. Great service from initial phone call made to the engineers Geraint and his colleague. Great customer service and very happy with the roller doors despite a minor hiccup. Dealt with very professionally and would highly recommend this company. Great to see you put customers first 👍

Sep 29,2020Had our garage door fitted just over 3 weeks ago by Richard who turned up bright and early he was working on his own and done a fantastic job an absolute credit to the company. Worked clean and tidy remove all the mess and old garage door no problems in recommending RDC. Bought the warranty extension for piece of mind bit of a long winded way to get warranty number but hopefully won't need it anyway

Colin and Dave the fitters arrived promptly did an amazing job even though we have rendering. Actually they called in advance as were a bit early.They were tidy and explained everything fully. Sep 23,2020My door was installed on the 2nd July and has very frustratingly only worked properly for about 10 days since then. Initially the light guard stopped working and i had to manually wind the door for 2 weeks, then within days the door failed and ripped itself off the rollers... The engineer called on 21st August and decided that new parts were required and new slats as the existing ones were damaged. it is now 23rd September and after 2 cancelled (on the day) and 1 aborted visit, i am now told it will be October... Really really not happy with this product or service.
