Sep 14,20201st class service from RDC from placing the order to the installation of the door. Text to say that the team would arrive between 8am - 12. Geraint & Ben were on site at 8.05am and completed the job by 10.45am. Geraint explained the job and both he and Ben were very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend RCD.

Sep 14,2020I was a bit nervous of getting the garage doors installed as choosing a supplier is a really tough job. I followed a bit of marketing from RDC and eventually booked in to have 2 doors installed. Got the text to confirm a couple of days before and like clockwork Pete and his team were onsight. The job was clean and efficient and the doors are perfect. Each door comes with 2 small controllers and also the doors have a back up system to manually retract the doors if you get a power cut. Good price, good job and great product.

Sep 07,2020The RDC doors are very good and excellent value for the price. I was a little dubious about paying the money up front to secure an agreed slot but it was all fine. The was a minor glitch the day of installation when the installer asked to move it from the Wednesday to Friday as his van had broken down. He arrived at the allotted time and did a good job. I have only given 4 stars because on the weekend after installation we noticed a small section of the silicone sealant had split. This is only a minor problem I’m sure and RDC are sending a maintenance team to rectify.

Sep 07,2020Fitters did a great job but the door safety curtain does not work and parts are on order but as yet no info from RDC. First operation to shut the door failed and the door jammed one side. Difficult to contact RDC. Pulling the door down by hand freed it up. Apart from teething troubles all seems ok but getting the safety curtain would put the icing on the cake.

Its great not having a pushy salesman, but instead a very helpful person at the end of a live chat who is able to give me all the information i required. The fitters who turned up to do it were all excellent, and within a short matter of time, voila! working roller door. looks the part. very pleased with the product and service required. Thanks!

Sep 04,2020Very happy with my doors and with the service provided throughout the purchase. Some unease regarding confirmation of the fitting which was cleared up with a phone call - albeit the information provided turned out to be incorrect! The fitter Mark was excellent and the doors look great. I opted for the extended warranty which worked OK but only seemed to deal with 1 door - I had 2 fitted and paid for a warranty on each - I will follow this up.

My garage had an awkward gas pipe in the way of where the door would ideally go and this was the only company who went above and beyond to find a solution and perfectly fit the door. Other companies couldn’t be bothered to even try. I am so glad I chose them and would highly recommend them to anyone.
