Sep 02,2020Have to say the new door is great value at their current cost. We managed to get ours and my mother in laws done on the same day. The installers had both finished very quickly and cleaned up after themselves too. Not one piece of the old doors was left behind. Terrific job!👍👍

Aug 28,2020I brought a door back in Feb and all fitted ok, I had a power issue and the guys promptly came back to fit the manual over ride, I had another unfortunate incident with the door coming off the motor. Problems resolved quickly and efficiently - I appreciate sometimes things go wrong but I cant knock these guys. I was concerned after reading some previous reviews and I did question the chap and he said that they did have a run of bad luck with some fitters. All I can say I would recommend these guys as they stand by their product and fix issues if they arrive and thats all you need. Well done! I am one fussy bloke and you have once again proved to be excellent.

Aug 26,2020I contacted Rolling Door Concepts on Monday 24th August 2020, enquiring about a new door, and on Tuesday 25th August 2020, the fitters were on site! What a superb installation, by friendly and professional fitters. Absolutely 1st class work, and cleaned the whole area down afterwards too. From beginning to end, this company has been fantastic, and would reccomend them to anyone looking for a new roller door. Thank you so much!!!

Aug 26,2020A thoroughly good experience from initial investigation to purchase, to installation. This company has put what appears to be a very good business plan into action where everyone wins. Certainly from the customer‘s point of view, the whole process is hassle free and you really do get exactly what it says on the tin. I was reassured at each stage (necessary as I was initially apprehensive) and for sure received excellent service. Right up to even taking advantage of a cancellation meaning my door was fitted three weeks early. The fitters Geraint and Ben from Cardif were excellent, taking the time and proving both care and pride in what they do. You do have to satisfy yourself that the product is exactly what you want. For me it is,representing: Excellent value Apparent mechanical quality (time will tell) Excellent visual characteristics Neat unobtrusive installation Ease of use Claimed after service. Clearly RDC believe in the quality of their product, as providing an additional 9 years of warranty (all parts and labour) for just £125 is exceptional value. Compare that to any other consumer durable you own! For me the security it offers is adequate but I suspect for some this will not be the case. If I lived in a higher risk area, I might have considered paying more for a more resilient door. But that costs a lot more and even then, unless one invests in a very expensive system, if someone really does want to get in, doing so with a £60 cordless angle grinder is relatively simple - however good the system is. So for most households, in reasonable areas this works well. Particularly when used in conjunction with other other common anti theft deterrents we should all employ as a matter of course.

Aug 26,2020I saw there advert on a social media site and contacted them for a quote. The girl was very friendly and I agreed to place an order even though I thought the price seemed too good to be true. I then decided before committing to any money to check them out on the internet and I found a link to Martin Lewis website where there is an article about this firm appearing on Rogue Traders!!! all too often reviews with replies to every single post from their admin. I left a review on their Social media page and oddly it doesn't show!! it's a sponsored link All just looks iffy and when I mentioned about the Rogue Traders to them they stopped communicating!!! If the price looks too good to be true - IT IS!

Sep 03,2020Went above and beyond to get my door fitted. The timber frame opening had moved slightly since i built it two months ago. The guys adjusted this to suit and the door works grate.
