Aug 21,2020First impressions of my two new doors are pretty good. Installation was done very quickly and the work seems to be to a good standard. Fitters cleaned up after they had finished although I was unhappy to find a number of discarded screws and nails on my driveway just waiting to puncture my car tyres had I not checked. I felt as though the fitters just wanted to get the job done as quickly as they could so they could head off to another appointment. Communications from RDC offices was very helpful and responsive.

Aug 21,2020Absolute sham of a company, been let down 4 times now to have door installed, if you live in Scotland don’t bother, they don’t have fitters here, they tell continuous lies every time, it’s always the fitters mate , might have known this company was crap only taking your money through bank transfer, obviously if was credit card payment they would be penalised for being so incompetent, I’ve wasted 3 months now and would not recommend this company to know one

Aug 13,2020RDC came and replaced two knackered old garage doors on my property a couple of days ago. The fitters arrived when scheduled to do so, took just over a couple of hours to replace the doors and left everything clean and tidy. One of the fobs didn't work on the day, but a replacement was ordered there and then and I am informed is on it's way to me. The price was very good and my garage looks the business now! I was initially a little concerned about needing to pay upfront by bank transfer and also that there was no survey or measure up beforehand, but the flipside to that is that there was no pushy salesperson involved taking up precious time. As for fitting: the bog standard garage door opening needs to be within specified dimensions and the exact measuring up is done on installation and cut to size then, thus avoiding any issues with wrong dimensions being supplied. Would definitely recommend!

Aug 11,2020RDC website was easy to use, ordering process was simple and straightforward, price extremely good (big discount at the moment). There was only a short wait for the fitting date. Communications by E Mail were good. Fitters arrived very promptly, completed the job rapidly without any fuss and cleared up their working area without being asked. They also gave very clear and complete operating instructions with a demonstration. The door itself is very neat, the mechanism takes up very little room in the garage and the safety features/alarm work exactly as described. I'd definitely recommend this company.

Aug 24,2020Guys turned up at the time stated - got straight to it and worked hard to get it finished within a few hours. Explained the mechanism really well and very pleased with the door itself. Also cleaned up. A really good job by professional workmen who know what they are doing! 😀
