Aug 10,2020So not happy got the door fitted on 20th July but the safety curtain was not working upon installation It’s now August 10th and no contact from this company and the door has no working safety feature Just called to be told I need to wait till sept 1st to have this rectified This is unacceptable and really poor customer service Upon complaining to the call handler they have now decided to fix it tomorrow I have recommended this company to others as the door is what I expected but will now refrain from doing so in the future as service is very poor UPDATE the company clearly don’t like the truth as they have now blocked me on face book and removed my honest comment

Aug 06,2020Excellent service. Well informed, They had a cancellation so fitted almost two weeks earlier than expected. Fitter was polite and tidy and knowledgable. Really finished the house off now having the door done. We chose rosewood to match all the window frames. Well worth the small additional fee. We upgraded the warranty to ten years too.

Aug 06,2020Ordered my garage door after seeing the advert on Facebook, arranged fitting and was advised that fitters would with me between 8 and 12, fitters arrived 10 minutes early. Had a chat with me and then started work, all done in about 2 1/2 hours. The fitters Grant and Levi were great, polite and really tidy. After fit I was shown how it worked and the safety features, Grant when over the paper work. Part of the door had a dent in, which Grant had already told the company about. Already arranged a fitting date for the replacement piece that was dented. Couldn’t recommend this company enough and even took out the extended warranty for piece of mind.

Aug 04,2020Everything was done on time, professionally and with the minimum of fuss. Exactly as described and a perfect job. Not easy to find a company who does things like this these days. No hesitation in recommending them whatsoever. I was worried about not being able to pay by card in advance, but my worries were totally unfounded. Brilliant!!

Aug 03,2020We would Recommend these doors to everyone. We are so pleased with our white garage door. The men came, who were Polite, Professional, and smiling. They quickly took off our existing old door. They set up all the equipment and then set about changing it to our lovely Rolling Door. After installed they gave me verbal instructions on how it worked. Paperwork was signed. Everything was left completely clean and tidy.. So very pleased with the Men, The Company and the New Door.. Fantastic Price too..

Jul 29,2020Absolutely delighted with our garage door, fantastic quality, looks amazing. I must admit I was worried about paying up front, how wrong was I. Fantastic service from start to finish, customer service is wonderful. Guys were very professional that fitted the garage door. Talked me through how to use it and even how to clean it. Cleaned up before they left , everything was spotless. I highly recommend this company you will not be disappointed.

They arrived promptly at 8.00 and did a fantastic job even cleaning up after themselves. 5 star service all round. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have done so to family and friends.

Very efficient, polite, skilled and explained thoroughly all aspects of the installation and instructions on how to use the door. The door took around 2hrs to fit, after which, they cleaned, swept and removed my old door and frame and left no mess. They also took me through their payment and warranty payment process.

Aug 10,2020After a six week wait (due to demand?) Grant and Lee came today and installed my roller door. Arrived ahead of time and did an excellent job of the installation. Up to now I am very pleased with the product. Good price and looks good. Took out the extended warranty but looking at the quality of the door I probably didn’t need to.
