Jul 22,2020We had our new door fitted yesterday brilliant service from the RDC fitters both lads friendly and courteous and did a great job and cleaned up afterwards and removed all the old one. Garage door looks absolutely spot on. Lads have done a professional fitting and gave a good demo , we have taken out an extended warranty why wouldn’t you . Please pass on our thanks to the fitters Grant and Levi

Jul 20,2020Everything perfect apart from the fact that I only got 2 remotes instead of the 3 agreed to, I mentioned it to the fitter who requested a a 3rd to be sent out. Hopefully I will recieve this soon. Other than that, great product and great service.

Jul 20,2020Once the installation team ( Dan and Scott)arrived, hey were very efficient and had my old door and frame removed very quickly. The whole process of removal and the installing of the new door took around four hours. On completion Dan gave a comprehensive demonstration on how to operate the door including the mechanical override. I was impressed with both their friendliness and efficiency They took the old door and frame away with them, so no debris to get rid of. Would definitely recommend both RDC and Dan and Scott. I took out the extended warranty or peace of mind.

Jul 17,2020A bit concerned on payment method but it was quickly followed up by an email and a call to confirm a date and payment processed. I would highly recommend RDC for your garage door, fitting was quick, Kieran and Sam done an excellent job and very tidy when completed. Instructions on using the door controls explained. Very happy customer, great price and the garage door looks great and secure.

Jul 17,2020Recommended by work colleague who had researched the market and found RDC to be very competitively priced, his door looked good. With the special offer on, our door came out cheaper then my colleagues as well which was a bonus! Had a little hiccup with date of installation (was not informed of stock delay) however customer service team went out their way to apologise and make things right. Got a courtesy reminder call the day before booking, they were also able to confirm what appointment time as was which was helpful, and texts received also. Need to mention how efficient the fitter and their partner was on the day of the install (15th July) - arrived at 08:00 and was fully finished before 10:30!!! Main fitters name was Mr A Belikas, I really hope RDC team see this review and pass the feedback on to him and his colleague, they’re great assets to the company. We had a builder round later in the day for separate work and he was also very impressed with the quality for what we paid, thought it would have been over twice as much which was reassuring - believe the hype from the RDC website videos, it’s all quality kit they use. Only area for improvement for me was the payment side which others have mentioned - not a major problem though, just fiddly and unusual - you pay the door cost upfront to RDC via a BACS transfer to confirm the booking, then on the day after fitments finished, you pay the fitter the fitting amount via BACS transfer separately to a different (their own?) account. Door is fantastic, fitting was fantastic, got the 9 year warranty as well - overall highly recommended - our neighbours are very jealous, might be customers soon as well haha

Jul 16,2020From start to finish RDC have been really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for the customer service team or the installation team on the day. Although the installation took a little longer than planned they ensured I was completely happy before they departed. Our neighbours have already purchased their new door after being so impressed with our! Thanks guys

Jul 16,2020I’ve spent a lifetime telling my family to always pay with a credit card as it will offer an additional level of protection. Roller Door Concepts payment method Is the most worrying part of this shopping experience! Which is a real shame.....! Because of COVID 19 no card payments can be made. So Bank transfer only. An email receipt - invoice came very quickly once I paid. What I did was keep an eye on their reviews on Trust Pilot a few times every day to keep a check on the feedback. However! I needn’t have worried (easier said than done) I was able to breath out a sigh of relief when the text came confirming the fitters were coming. Hopefully this will reassure those that are worried by the payment methods. From my first call to the day of fitting RDC have been amazing! Matt & the girls in the office (home office, working from home) have been first class. When you are a perfectionist & expect things to be done properly & to very high standards, it’s hard to find tradespeople who firstly can deliver on my expectations, but also to do it in a happy proffesional manner, it is very rare. Tim & Shane Took precautions for COVID 19 Hand washing etc Arrived on time! Discussed my preference to how the install would be done. Listened to my fine detail requests etc. They got cracking straight away, and where not put off by having a spectator watching throughout. The old door was removed, They then cleaned up, The new door was then unpacked & care taken whilst it was cut to size & assembled, an air compressor used to blow away the debris from each cut to stop it scratching the panels. Tim discusses every part of the install as he does it & let me choose the fitting hight & where the side rails where positioned. I wanted it to look like there wasn’t a door at all when it was up, Yet clean lines when down, so virtually no visible side rails, when viewing from the outside. Can I say a massive thank you to the whole RDC company. But special thanks in particular to Tim & Shane A quick demo of how it all works, was very helpful & Tim took time to make sure I understood everything. He wasn’t fazed by some of the silly questions I had. We also took out the additional 9 year parts & labour warranty for added peace of mind. We are considering an additional door & a family member ordered the day our one was fitted. What really stood out was Tim & Shane take pride in their work!! They also enjoy what they do! Thanks Guys I am 100% impressed & have already recommended you to family & friends. 5* Plus

Jul 16,2020At first I had concerns because the office phone number was always transferred usually a sign that a company does not want to be traced and then the way they wanted payment also raised concerns. But I took a chance after doing loads of research on the company, and I have to say I am VERY PLEASED. From start to finish every thing went like clockwork, following payment I received documentation via email. I received confirmation that they were coming the day before the install date and I got a text message from the installation team 2 hours before they arrived. I did wonder what kind of quality the door was going to be, thinking it might be cheap rubbish with a motor and electrics from China but NO the door is great looks fantastic and the motor is from Italy so all good quality stuff. Installation was efficient the team were polite and professional and left the place clean and tidy. So all in all EXCELLENT !!

Jul 15,2020Superb communication initially. Fitter arrived and fitted the door, whilst demonstrating it to us it jammed and crashed down - he told us thats just where the slats are settled - the door wouldnt reopen as the motor had overheated and thermostat kicked in. He told us it would be fine, but couldnt hang around until the motor was working again The next day we tried the door and it jammed on the way up and got stuck, luckily I had an electrician working who said the screws to the frame were hanging out and catching the slates. we worked to get the thing free. He also commented to say whilst the wiring was safe it was not neat. I called the company and after an argument with the sales girl, a manager got another fitter out that afternoon. This fitter was absolutely mortified by the work done and could not apologise enough. He stripped everything back, reset all the frame and the slates, sorted out the wiring and made sure everything was working as it should. He even ordered a cover which should have been fitted but wasnt. Thats being fitted in the next few days. His name was Mark and he was absolutely brilliant. I would have given RDC 5 stars had it not been for the shoddy work done by the initial fitter. Now its fitted properly it works like a dream and look great, If you get a great fitter then you wont have any problems at all. The door is A1 and a bargain price. The first girl who I wont mention by name wanted me to email pictures of the problem, wait a few days for the repair team to call ... I was having none of that so I must give a special mention to Abbie in the sales department who I was passed across to, who just listened to the problem, apologised and got a fitter organised to solve it.

Jul 15,2020Fantastic value to have a roller door supplied, fitted and with 1 years warranty. I also took out the 9 years extended warranty as seems like a great deal. The fitters were fantastic (Colin) doing a very neat job and taking away all rubbish leaving no mess at all. Was great to receive a phone call from Colin the night before to let me know of expected time of arrival. Would definitely recommend RDC to anyone.
