May 20,2024First time using the Royal Cars taxi service, not a previously arranged booking. The taxi arrived within 10 minutes of my call, I was informed of its arrival and given the number plate which was reassuring. Very polite driver. Would definitely use again.

May 18,2024This is the third time this has happened, and I've ignored it all along, but I've been overcharged every time I use the service, which is unfair. The booking amount is 6 pounds, my receipt is 6.20, and I am charged for 6.40. This is the third time in a row that the driver has overcharged the customer. I am unsatisfied with the service and would need an explanation and reimbursement. Thank you.

May 16,2024All was fine, nice driver, quick arrival but he did choose a route that was 2 miles longer than another which is obviously more expensive. I would have appreciated the shorter trip if it meant saving me money.
