Apr 20,2024Their guarantee is a joke, I’ve sent them pictures clearly showing that the drivers seat cover doesn’t fit and they’ve come back with it fits fine. It moves and has to be pushed back in and bunches up at the one side. None of which happens on the passenger side and they take so long to answer that hey guess what the 24 day refund policy conveniently passes.

Apr 15,2024Great service. Within minutes of using the app the taxi was there. Very pleasant driver, even opened the door for me! Asked which route I’d prefer, but I left that to him as I knew traffic was bad. Took the fastest route. Excellent!

Apr 13,2024Excellent service! The booking app is very easy to use. We were delayed and the agency sent us a new car by amending the booking right away so it was a very streamlined process and the driver was also very friendly and helpful in getting us the best route home!

Apr 12,2024Picked 2 people + 6 suitcases from Oxford to Heathrow T3. Arrived early, v helpful loading up, good safe drive down. Booking done on app, easy, good info. We use Royal regularly for this trip, saves a lot of hassle with buses etc, economical when 2+ travelling with lots of luggage.

Apr 09,2024Started to drive off before I had closed the rear passenger door and secured my seat belt. I have a broken wrist. As this was a booking to take me to the hospital I would have expected a little more consideration than usual but this would be unacceptable disregard for passenger safety in any circumstances. To his credit the driver did apologise and he was punctual.

Apr 21,2024Lovey driver. He arrived early so, as I was ready, we were able to start the journey to the airport earlier than planned. He also reminded me to check that I had my passport before setting off, which I had forgotten to put in my bag! Very grateful for his reminder.
