Ordered my rug on Saturday and received on Wednesday. Had seen the rug in a store and they said order would take 8 weeks for delivery. My rug from Rugpal was exactly the same the same rug. It's perfect and the price was very competitive.

I had a problem with the on- line ordering of a rug I had selected and clicked the RugPal live chat. I explained the situation and was immediately helped and the situation taken care of in no time. As far as the price of my rug, I surfed the interenet to compare prices and RugPal was the best! And I ordered on Sunday and was notified by e-mail that my rug will be here by Friday!! What GREAT service and delivery! Can't get much better personal service, price or delivery. I will be back for sure! Thanks for everything RugPal!

I ordered a rug it didn't look nothing like the photos then they never answer the phone I left two messages and 4 emails and they got back to me 5 days later then the whole full refund policy is a joke once you pay for shipping good luck

The colors in the actual rug were more muted than expected, and had different multi colors than what I thought by viewing the online picture, but close enough so I am keeping the rug. Otherwise, very nice quality, thick, dense, and arrived earlier than expected.

No tracking information was provided. Packages arrived on October 31st (I think), I received an e-mail informing me that my order had shipped on November 3rd. Luckily no trick-or-treaters took my packages. Nice rugs though.

This is my first experience shopping at RugPal and so far I am very pleased. They had a rug in the exact colors that I needed to match my living room furniture at a great price and shipped it out within a day after I ordered it.

It it was very good to shopping with Rugpal.The item i purchased is a very good quality. The colors of the rug look the same as what actually is. Delivery was fast and the package was in perfect condition. I am very happy with Rugpal. I highly recommend this website to rug lovers.

I recently ordered a rug online to use in one of our model homes. I was very pleased with the web site; however when I received the rug which was supposed to be Navy (which was the color stated on the color selection) the rug is actually an "electric" blue. Very pretty but it absolutely did not go with the navy selections which I had chosen for other design elements in the room. I kept the rug and am using in another application; however, I will not order again from RugPal online as I do not trust the color identification. It is no where near navy and would have been a real hassle to return if I had not been able to use for another project.

I had searched and searched for a specific rug at the best price and with free shipping. RugPal met and even exceeded my expectations by including a free rug pad. Will certainly continue to use them.

Came on time and completely packaged. When I opened the plastic there was a distinct odor. I placed the rug outside to see if airing it out would help. 24 hrs later I laid it down on floor. Came back 4 hrs later and actually thought my dog pooped in the house. Come to find out its the rug....ant suggestions on how to get rid of the smell? I love the color and size. .. but the smell is terrible! !
