Dec 23,2015We ordered 5 rugs from RugPaL on-line just before Thanksgiving. The email confirmation came right away. On the next day Allison from RugPaL called and let us know that one of the rugs was on back order and would come later. The email about shipping, with UPS tracking numbers, came 2 days later. A week later four beautiful Momeni rugs were delivered, the same gold color as ordered and in excellent condition. In about 2 weeks after that we called Allison to check about the remaining rug (on back order) and found that its estimated delivery date was uncertain. Allison helped us a lot in choosing right comparable substitute runner, took our order for it and made an extra effort to notify us over the phone when it was shipped. We received the rug today, on December22, 2015. We are very happy with the quality of the rugs and we are very pleased with fast, reliable and courteous customer service by RugPal. We would recommend anyone looking for a competitively priced rug to buy it through RugPal.

Dec 18,2015This company has a very comprehensive website and competitive pricing! Immediately upon going to the site, I provided my email and received a discount coupon. Love that! The rug arrived much quicker than I anticipated as well. The only experience I could say didn't go as planned was that my rug was delivered this morning and I didn't get my email saying my rug had shipped or my email with tracking information until today at 4:00pm. It's not a huge problem because I didn't even think the rug would've shipped yet, much less be delivered (I ordered on late Monday night and today is Thursday). A little backwards , but all in all, great service!

Dec 17,2015At first I had trouble navigating the site, but I began focusing on categories that interested me. I have bought 3 rugs now. One arrived and we love it! Contemporary design in the same room as and in the same hues as an old, gorgeous hand made Chinese medallion. Since bought 2 more and anxiously await them. Also should mention that delivery and packaging were excellent. All in all, very positive experience. Too bad I can't buy rugs too often.

Dec 14,2015Fed ex said the rug would be here Saturday according to tracking.Waited all day, moved furniture. As of Monday it now says it will be here today. We will see. Ordering was not an issue, and customer service was friendly, however it doesn't seem its partnership with Fed Ex is a good one if they dictate delivery and don't keep their word.

Dec 09,2015I had been searching the Internet for a particular rug (on sale) for a few months, with no success. Suddenly the other day, I found Rugpal.com online through the Google search engine....and there was my rug, not only on sale but WAY less than I could ever get it anywhere else!! I saved a ton. Now, a week later, here I sit in my living room with my new rug 😊 And I'm super happy. I would definitely definitely shop here again! I had never heard of them before this, but they have awesome deals on name brand rugs, and once they shipped my order it took only 1-2 days to arrive.

Dec 30,2015Rugpal.com is a very easy site to use. There are many brands and styles to choose from, and the pricing seems very reasonable and comparable to other sites. I would definitely use the site again for future rug purchases.
