Dec 08,2015fedex lost one of the rugs but when I contacted rug pal they did a great job of putting another rug on hold for me if fedex couldn't find the package. answered any questions quickly the rugs are the best price I could find anywhere. I received everything quickly and in great condition, extremely pleased with their service, communication and customer service. it felt like I was ordering in a store instead of online.

Dec 06,2015I purchased a 9'x12' $1,219.00 rug which clearly was advertised that it was rust color. First when it was delivered, I had to help the delivery man carry the heavy carpet off the truck. I opened the rug half way only to find that there was no rust color at all! It was mostly mauve, beige and mint green but nothing even close to rust! I called the same shipping company and returned the rug the next day. Different delivery man but once again I had to assist in loading the heavy carpet onto the truck. I even had to return my "free" rug pad that RugPal sent in a separate box. Even though the delivery man said that there would not be a charge to return the rug and pad, I was later sent a bill for $89.00. RugPal states 7 to 10 business days for a refund once received and inspected at the warehouse, which it was the next day but after 16 business days I emailed RugPal with all the supporting documentation to inquire where my refund was. I didn't receive a reply until the next day and it still took an additional two days to get my refund. So for a rug that was misrepresented by RugPal it cost me time, effort and money. I'll never do business with RugPal again nor recommend them.

Dec 03,2015I must have spend days hunting multiple web sites for this particular rug and trying to get it at a great price. After placing the rug in the shopping cart of many of these sites I thought there just might be a better deal out there, some where . I came across RugPal and was blown away with their selection and prices. Along with a great cyber Monday discount I finally pushed that big BUY button. Now I can't wait to receive the rug knowing I got it at a fantastic price. Thank you RugPal

I tried the Internet website and found it difficult to navigate. i called the toll free number and went directly to voice mail. Once I got to live chat and asked the rep to call me everything went exceptionally well from there. Rep was very nice and accommodating. Telephone service and website needs improving.

When I called to get clarification, the woman who took my call was polite and knowledgeable and I was soon able to complete the order form correctly. I received the rugs promptly and they even arrived a few days sooner than I expected.. I would say the service I received was very good to excellent.
