Jan 23,2016This was my first time using RugPal. The price was very competitive so I decided to give it a try. Good site, easy shopping experience. However, it took a week for my item to ship. Not something I'm used to in today's eCommerce world. Other than a bit slower than normal shipping for a simple item, I have no complaints. thanks

Jan 10,2016after dealing with customer service, i am editing my first review. moving them up from 2 stars to 4 -- based solely on service, not product. the rug i purchased had issues and i was not at all satisfied with it. customer service contacted me after my initial 2 star review and started in making corrections, arranging for a return, and processing my refund. it's good to know they are willing to take care of things.

Rug quality is great, and color is just as expected. Would recommend RugPal to anyone looking for rugs in a specific price range / color.

Jan 02,2016First time I have ordered from them. I was called by customer service that my rug was out of stock. This call was received two weeks after I ordered it. I was told that it would not be in until the end of January and if it came in earlier it would be sent out. I just received a message that it was sent a day ago. I am quite happy. The customer service representative was good and polite and helpful. I did not give 5 stars because this is a first time for me and I have not received the rug yet.

Dec 31,2015Super helpful phone associate sorted out what I was looking for and led me to the perfect rugs. Colors were confusing online, and she told me that to tell the true colors, look at the photos of the rugs on the floor. Brilliant! Perfect the first time -- no guessing, no returning. Give her a raise!
