Would definitely recommend to a friend. Wish all my experiences was as pleasant as it was at this store. Again AMAZING!!

He explained everything so clearly to me and asked all the relevant questions to find the right storage for me. It’s very obvious from his tone of voice that he’s willing to help and he’s doing his job perfectly. He really deserves a raise !

John, Amanda and staff at the Ipswich branch are always really helpful - particularly with receiving deliveries on our behalf, if our staff aren't able to get to the store to meet couriers etc.

They have asked precise questions about my items and have given me perfect storage space estimate.They have also given me options for nearby storage branches with different prices. They have also given me payment options: either pay in full or in half. Their first-time discount is appreciative. The staff onsite are also efficient, thorough, helpful, and friendly.

Jul 29,2024Safestore - Brislington, Bristol, BS4 5RG (28/07/2024) Got a quote online on a Sunday evening & made a reservation. Within 15 mins Safestore are on the phone telling me that I needed insurance to complete the quote. Quote goes from £21.07pw inc Vat for a long term hire online without insurance, to over the £47pw including 8K basic insurance over the phone. When I challenged this I'm told that "we don't really have any rooms on the ground floor" so its more expensive! When I asked what the actual storage space costs I'm quoted a figure of £33 & pushed to complete. What utter nonsense! I then get the speel about price matching etc, etc & pushed to complete. I explained to the safestore employee politely that I was very uncomfortable with the conversation & I wanted to end it. Overall felt pressured, & thought the telephone call was an exercise in how much money they could exploit from my business. Looking at the reviews on Trustpilot it seems Safestore do like a surprise charge the users of their facilities!

Aug 06,2024We used the Bedford Branch and Parv was excellent in helping us to choose the right size storage unit and talk us through procedures, negotiating a satisfactory price. He was friendly and reassuring which made the experience less of a hassle. It would have been helpful to have a second lift in the store when it was busy.
