Jun 08,2021With safety in mind, we ordered 2 smoke alarms with the vibrating pad and light because I am hearing impaired. We've have tested and they seem to work, no an actual real trial yet! Thank goodness! Very neat, unobtrusive, so quick and easy to install.

Jun 03,2021Just the phone I'm looking for - easy to operate for my age group - thanks. I don't really need a lot of buttons to press it can get confusing. I like the fact there's a camera included to take pictures of my many grandchildren. my son ill set it up for me to use and away I go.

Reasonable price and now i can hear conversation on the TV. Still not quite sure on how to use it for face to face talking, That is not the fault of Sarabec. Jun 08,2021Great service & great phone. Bought for my elderly mother who is both sight & hearing impaired. I rang for advice on which phone would be most suitable before ordering. I received very good advice and was told that we could register Mum as VAT exempt which was very useful to know. The 30 day refund guarantee, if the phone is unsuitable, is very reassuring and took much of the stress of making a decision away. Having ordered the phone it was delivered 3 days later. Very pleased with both the service and product.
