I rang and, very calmly and patiently, Brin explained to me what I needed to do to make it work. He is a star (and all the more so as I hadn't even bought the device from him and he made no charge for his time or advice) !!

Aug 18,2021I didn't make the call but a friend did as my hearing is poor. Your consultant talked her through the installation of the phones and within 30 minutes all four were working. Fantastic. I would also add how EXTREMEMLY PLEASED i AM WITH THEM THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT AND CLEAR AS A BELL. Wish I#d had them before. Thank you. Ruth Sowby

Aug 05,2021The fact that pressing the loud speaker button ends the call is very irritating. It seems to mean that you can't switch from loud speaker to ordinary mode. I haven't tried yet but I think this will make some calls more difficult than they need be.

Aug 05,20215* service I Telephoned the company for advice before ordering online as I wasn't sure which product would best be suitable for my elderly dad the person I was buying for, the staff member was very helpful, recommended the sarabec 60/1, which turns out to be a great choice! He even explained that we might be eligible for tax exemption on the product due to my dads hearing disability, The Product came within a couple of days of ordering & has made a huge difference to my dad's quality of life
