The only thing which could be said to have"fallen short" was having to wait longer than expected for delivery of the phone. Other than that,everything went as it should. And the sound quality of the phone is a very welcome improvement on the one it replaced.

My parcel arrived early It was lucky we were in, should have used tracker I suppose. The two small batteries came in quite a large box ... considering a padded envelope would have been sufficient !

Excellent product. Doro remote control is a total success for my elderly relative who has struggled with too many buttons on the standard tv remote. Delivery was quick. Would use Sarabec again.
