Jun 22,2024Feels like I got deceived, fine print was small for auto renewal during the trail period and they reject my refund request outright by throwing me their "Terms & Condition". This is not a way to treat a customer Edit: they refunded me back after a period of back & fourth. For those who want to use this, approach with caution to prevent hassle for refund.

They inform about the price of approximately USD 1 for a single use of the service and then they charge you a monthly subscription fee of $70 until you know it. I recommend that victims file a complaint to the European Consumer Protection Office. Kind regards TR

Jun 19,2024Scannerio is an absolute scam. Do not be fooled. I should have checked the reviews. Ignore any reply that they post claiming to be a legitimate service. I tested my own number and never received a SMS that they supposedly sent to locate my own mobile. And, then once sufficient funds were in my debit card account, they withdrew the money immediately. Okay, this is now my reply to scanner.io's reply. Of course I expected them to reply in such a manner to give the impression that they are legitimate. Well, the only problem with my review is that it doesn't have the option to give 0 stars out of 5. There is NO problem with my mobile coverage, SIM card status or device settings, let me assure you. I repeat, scannero.io is an ABSOLUTE SCAM. You can keep replying until the cows come home and I'll keep replying to your replies, until you give up. If you don't understand the expression "until the cows come home", I suggest you Google it.

Jun 19,2024Nachdem mir die 1.02 angezeigt wurden und dann noch Zusatzgebühren in Höhe von 38 Euro, habe Ich den Bezahlvorgang abgebrochen. Trotzdem wurden heute die 1.02 abgebucht und vorgemerkt sind 58 Euro statt 38 Euro. Habe kein Abo abgeschlossen und trotzdem wird hier Geld von meinem Konto abgebucht. DAS IST BETRUG!! Ich werde dies bei der Polizei anzeigen, Kreditkarte ist schon gesperrt.

Jun 15,2024I made a subscription and said it would be found in 5 minutes of .89. Well they also charged $9.99 for extended which I did not pick!!! Do not do it there are other ways of finding locations. Like possibly driving to where YOU think. A gut feeling works better than anything and is free. Except for an upset gut!!! I gave 1 star but don’t think it deserves it. It has enough almost $10.00 bucks. Just imagine if they got all those ppl in which I’m sure they did. THEY ARE RICH🤬😡😤😑

Jun 13,2024I used the service once and out of nowhere, after one month, they charge me for a subscription of 59 dollars- I never realized I accepted !?!? I contacted their customer service and he sent me screenshots where the subscription and auto-renewal are mentioned in the fine print, very easy to overlook. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND SCANNERO to enhance the information about its subscription details! Otherwise, I truly think the customers are entitled to feel scammed. After some email exchanges with the customer service, I received the full refund. So after all, I feel they care about their reputation and customers' satisfaction. I urge others to be cautious and fully aware of the subscription terms before engaging with this service.
