Mar 15,2024Attention Scanero vous fait croire qu'il peut geolocaliser un tel c'est faux en réalité il faut que le propriétaire clique un lien de partage de position que scannero envoie et le lien n'est en réalité jamais clique. Ensuite Scanerro vous fait croire que cela coûte un euros mais vous êtes facture 57 euros. Pire vous êtes abonné pendant plusieurs mois et à chaque fois on vous prélevé 57 euros. Pire quand vous voulez supprimer votre abonnement svannero ne vous répond pas. La seule chose à faire est de faire annuler sa carte bleue c'est une escroquerie. Et Pire quand vous signalez cela sur Truspilot, Scannero répond sur Truspilot que vous pouvez annuler l'abonnement alors que vous ne pouvez pas. Donc annullez votre carte bleue pour ne pas être facture et portez plainte à la direction devla concurrence voir sur internet. Pascal combe. Si vous etes victime de Scannero contactez moi pour mieux nous defendre.

Mar 13,2024I thought that scannero.io will help me track my stolen phone. Well it didn't. But this is not the issue. I payed 0.5$ for one day trial. Fair enough, but the very next screen, with some unclear messages, took me 41$ instantly from my credit card for ScanAssist and Support Priority Line. For me this is close to fraud since I approved 0.5$ and afterwards they charged me 41$ using the approval I gave for a smaller amount. After raising a complaint they agree to refund me 50% of those 41$. Not the best experience I had. Did not help me at all in what I was looking for and charged me 41$ in a sneaky way. Their support is good and they offer me the 25% and afterwards 50% refund the very next day and responded vary fast on my emails.

Mar 12,2024Me suscribí porque me habían robado el móvil, decían que las primeras 24h eran gratuitas que solo tenía que pagar 1,04€ y mi sorpresa fue que ese mismo día me cargaron en la cuenta 39€ q parte de 1,04€, solicité sin pasar las 24h y sin hacer uso de la aplicación la baja y el reembolso de ese dinero y me dijeron que no, que era imposible, me parece una estafa en toda regla.

And after deduction they telling use my this and that service which is not valuebles I wanted to try for first time and paid for trail but that service not worked showing at dashboard message not sent also at my personal mobile. How they can be a good service provider over scammers world over internet. I generated ticket for refund they never supported over that.

Mar 11,2024This app doesn't work it lies. I didn't pay for this because another company signed me up when I signed up with their service which they completely lied about as well so paid a bunch of money for either thing to work. But I didn't want tracking or need it as I already have track but whatever I decided to try it out. Lol to my surprise it stated it does real live location... nope on my actual tracking app it showed the person somewhere but on scannerio it shows the person at home haha no they weren't. They were driving in fact and hasn't been home for like 6 hours.

Mar 07,2024fraude totalmente el "contrato" no dan cuando estas ingresando tus datos de cuenta, lo hacen despues, y tienes q buscarlo por tu cuenta. casi $1000 mxn. envias correos y correos y no contestan dicen que en 2-3 dias, ya llevo una semana pidiendo mi rembolso y para el colmo los que responden es una pagina sospechosa, por que no son ellos. ya envie correro a scannero.io support y nada que se hacen responsables. segun ellos su politica es clara y transparente, pero en esa misma politica dicen que tienes 15 dias para reclamar reembolso si no lo usaste pero ni contestan

Mar 07,20241 Stern ist noch zuviel. 1,02 Euro für eine Handyortung wäre ok wenn dann auch noch der Fundort passen würde 😂. Und dann gleich in die Abofalle rein gerutscht. Wer weiß wo das gestanden hat. Nach 24 Std nicht Kündigung ist man dabei 🤮und kündigen ist gar nicht so einfach.

And it doesn't work on its own. I tried to find out the location of more than 10 phone numbers but did not receive a single answer. Don't buy this. Lies and deceit

Mar 05,2024Found my lost phone after a couple of hours and found no messages on my phone. I have asked multiple times why this was and received no convincing answer. Luckily froze and cancelled my credit card as I did not trust this scam company to not charge my card, even after cancelling my subscription. Do not waste your time in a moment of panic by paying this company, they do not help at all- do not trust the 5 star reviews either- we all seem to have the same situation.

Mar 01,2024necesito que me hagan un reembolso, contrate por un dia el cual se pago de mi tarjeta y aprete no guardar datos, pasado las 24 horas se hizo pago de una supcripcion mensual la cual no la hice, eh escribido a soporte y no tengo respuesta realice a horas la devolucion del dinero pero no han respondido, necesito urgente que se haga el reembolso... Me piden disculpas y sacan dinero sin autorización como otras aplicaciones que reembolsan, yo también denuncie
