Lo contraté por un día, hicieron el cobro, después quise dar de baja mi sucripción, no me salíá la opción, solo decía que ya había expirado mi suscripción y salía la opción de extenderla. Creí que ya estaba de baja pero me doy con la sorpresa unos días después porque deposite dinero en mi tarjeta, que me descontaron automáticamente el valor de un mes de suscripción. Malditos estafadores.

Feb 26,2024They showed a charge of $1.19 but when I checked my card I saw a transaction of $48.25 that was withdrawn from my account along with $1.19 even without my authorization. Is this even a legit website or its just meant to scam people like this ? I really want my refund back !

Feb 25,2024I have tried to test the service and DID NOT select any extra features or renewals and checked this multiple times. They went ahead and renewed my service for a month without notification, sending me into overdraft and ruining my budget. After emailing them, they offered more rubbish services and then to return 10% of the money and then 20% as a final offer... Pathetic money-grubbing amateurs. Update, no it is not transparent, I have unticked your subscriptions twice and checked that, but your company still stuck it somewhere a third time... This is how small companies remain small and die

Feb 25,2024It's a scam. The way they show phones are located is fake, in reality they send a message that the receiver must click first in order to be tracked. Which message, by the way, goes straight to the Spam folder of the target phone. After I paid $1 for a day, there was an attempt for another $49 the next day. Good thing my bank rejected the charge and froze my card. Otherwise I'd probably be still running after it. Stay away.

Feb 25,2024Engaño total, inscribi la prueba pero mi correo no aparece y no puedo ingresar a la plataforma tendre que bloquear la tarjeta y cambiarla para que no cobren el resto se supone es una prueba pero nunca se puede realizar y las respuestas serán a los 3 días es decir ya cobraran el importe mensual. No contratar la famosa prueba.

Feb 21,2024Ho mandato più mail e non mi hanno mai risposto per degli addebiti non riconosciuti. non dite che rispondete alla mail del supporto perchè siete solo da denuncia ma dato che siete come sede a Cipro, anche denunciarvi non servirebbe a nulla . spero che prima o poi vi facciano chiudere. I have signed up paying 4.99zl and immediately unsubscribed as they said they will not charge me if I cancel the subscription befor 24 hours and after that the company took 179zl out of my account not informing me about it. What a scam and waste!!!!!!! I messaged them 4times and they have not replied at all

Feb 21,2024They charged me 1 dollars to find my phone they didn’t find it or send any message or anything in that manor , when i found it.it said they will not charge if you cancel the subscription before 24hours after 2 hours I unsubscribed and they still charged me around 35dollars what a scam and waste

Feb 19,2024My daughters ex has recently got the app sent proof he paid etc to her email. He is trying to track her. She thought this was a scam until she saw his name. There is an AVO . Clearly he isn't using the app for what it's meant to be. I think this app is dangerous . You already have gps location on phones this could become a deadly game of cat and mouse for someone escaping a terrible situation. Scanneroo if something happens to someone and a perpetrator uses your app how screwed are you ? Get rid of it. RESPONSE TO SCANNERO. NOmy daughter is 21 . He actually paid the app and sent her the email verification so no I do not check an adults phone don't. Worry the authorities have been notified and I can assure you in our region the authorities have said your app is a bit of a slippery slope !!!!! You are clearly the party that takes the money and takes zero responsibility I was just letting you know people don't do the right thing. Thankfully she did not accept his request but it's scary that people can actually so dodgy things to your app. While you seem to think it's wholesome it's not necessarily the case BE aware

Feb 18,2024Repito no contactar con esta empresa,solo se dedican a estafar,cobran una cuota elevada y realizan un servicio muy malo, solo quieren clientes para estafarlos y luego es muy difícil que te den de baja de su plataforma,tiene letra muy pequeña y una vez que te as ingresado solo quieren cobrar cuotas y no ponen solución ni ayuda,no devuelven el dinero estafado

Feb 18,2024Nothing is transparent. they try to trick you into making monthly subscription. monthly subscription checkbox is hidden and checked by default. when paying for single use. I never used their subscription and didn't got a refund. thieves, scammers and unreliable service and After using their services. the parson being tracked was in a different country. none the less they false charge you to get monthly subscription for no reason. The team contacted me and offer 10% discount from services I never used. this is a proof of thieves, scammers
