Mar 26,2024Their customer support number is fake and they do not respond to emails or submitted forms. In Cyprus you can report a business who does these fraudulent activities. I will be submitting a complaint about them. They over charge customers after they pay for the trial period and cancel. I tried many times to contact them but no answer. I was charged twice. For the trial period and something else despite canceling within 24 hours. I just sent another email to see if they will review my case and refund me otherwise I will report this business.

Mar 26,2024Its a scam. Please do not fall for it. I was only asked to pay 0.86 euros and without any notice 58 euros disappear from my bank account. I didn't consent to any membership or subscription. The customer service contact is fake. No response from it either. This website needs to be taken down. If anyone knows how to take legal actions against this company. Please write here! Update: I received back the money that was deducted from my bank account

Mar 23,2024Angeboten als Testversion habe ich es probeweise genutzt. Ich habe tatsächlich eine Nummer suchen lassen, das hat aber bewußt länger gedauert, als man es wirklich testen kann. Man muss mit 72 Stunden rechnen, so die Auskuft auf der Webseite. Schneller als gedacht, war ich im Kaufmodus und zwar VOR Ablauf der Frist wurden sofort 57,79 Euro abgebucht und dann nochmal 39,23 Euro für 'for the ScanAssist and Support Priority Line while purchasing a subscription. was als solches gar nicht erkennbar war. Auf meine Beschwerde hin, wurde mir erklärt, ich hätte außerhalb der Frist gekündigt, man würde mir gerne aber einen kostenlosen Monat drauf geben. Ich sage nur Hände weg, das ist Geldmache in rasanter Geschwindigkeit

Mar 21,2024Pure scam! Just now I wanted to locate a phone. I Googled and found this spam site, everything looked promising. First, they asked me to enter a phone number, which, I did. It showed the country and service provider of the SIM correctly. However, the city was blurred and asked me to create an account and pay for trial use for 1 day, which I did. After login, I didn't have the option to find the phone location and it was asking me to write a message that they would deliver. They are scammers as I found there are similar websites and they all use the same script with different brand name and designs. Note: They may say the target user must provide the location, or their tool won't work. This is where the scam starts. Yes, as soon as you land on their site, they ask you to enter the phone number, and once you enter, their tool will deceive you as if it found the phone number at a certain location while hiding the exact city. It is to make you feel that you are just a step away from getting the info you want. Once you register and pay the money, that nice-looking map-like tracker is nowhere to be seen and now it is a different tool. STAY AWAY!

Caí en la página de scannero.io, puse el número que me acosa, y en unos segundo salió que habían localizado ese número, pero para facilitarme la información me pidieron mi correo electrónico, y una vez facilitado mi correo, enseguida me solicitaron el número de mi tarjeta bancaria. Ahí ya me olí algo raro y no continué, Ahora me están enviando correos a diario para que confirme mi cuenta de correo. Estoy ignorando sus correos y voy a cancelar y a bloquearlos. Por curiosidad he venido a ver si hay opiniones sobre esta gente, y veo que si. Más de 180 valoraciones y ni una sola es positiva, todas negativas acusándolos de engaño, estafa y malas prácticas comerciales. Pues más claro, agua. Y ya leyendo las respuestas de scannero.io, no queda la más mínima duda de lo que son. Una vez más agradecer que haya personas que se tomen la molestia de desenmascarar a este tipo de gente. Por mi parte, si después de bloquearlos, de alguna manera me siguen enviando correos, los denunciaré a la OCU, a las organizaciones de consumidores de su país, internacionales, al departamento de delitos telemáticos, y a la policía si hace falta, que es lo que tendrían que hacer todos los que están aquí alertando del engaño y los fraudes. Si todo el mundo denunciase se les quitarían las ganas de seguir.

Mar 17,2024I have used Scannero.IO's service as my friend's phone was stolen. We are all aware of company's asking to start using their trial version and if satisfied then it triggers the charge for full version. Within 24 hours I was charged for Rs. 72.86 and Rs. 2,913.28. 72.86 was the trial cost and I didn't know there were additional costs. I am not deemed to pay for Rs. 2913.28 which I was unaware of. I took their service on 3/17 and within a few minutes, I started getting a call from my bank for an additional transaction which is suspicious that's when I knew something was wrong. Tried raising a ticket and their representative "Thomas Slavsky", an unethical and unprofessional representative of their company, rather than helping customers get accustomed to their services, has refused to refund my money. I do not care of the basic Rs. 72.86 but the other amount is uncalled for and unacceptable. I am an unhappy customer and will make sure this spreads a word of the horrible service this company is capable of. I wish I had a way to drop the email conversation so that people can see the way the guy responds.

Mar 26,2024State lontani, sito truffa . inserito numero di telefono da rintracciare, mi oscurano i dati trovati e mi chiedono 1€ per visualizzarli. Pago, e sorpresa nessun dato da visualizzare per quel numero, in più mi avviano un abbonamento mensile di 48€ che per fortuna ho disdetto prima dell'addebito che sarebbe avvenuto 24ore dopo. Stateci lontani
