Apr 07,2024At first, $0.89 was charged, but I didn't subscribe, and $49.8 was charged. I asked for a refund, but there was no answer and the phone wasn't answered. It was a scam. I don't want to take action because of $49.8, but I feel dirty, so I'm going to check with the bank.

Apr 06,2024Unfortunately it is a scam, but painted as a legit service. The claim is that an SMS is sent to the target device, which needs to be then opened by someone holding the device and a link in it opened, to share location. This means that if you lost the device or it is stolen, someone needs to share the location of the device, which is a useless service. You find all this out AFTER you pay. Before you pay, the website claims to have located the device. On their website, they show you that you will be charged approximately 1 Euro. You are then additionally charged for a subscription for approximately 20 Euros, which renews 1 day later, unsure for how much and for what renewal period thereafter. EDIT following Scannero's response below regarding transparency: The amount you are quoted to pay is approximately 1 Euro, not 20. The payment authorisation message you receive is for the 1 Euro, but when you authorise it, 20 Euro gets removed from your account. Even the bank support were surprised by this. Steer clear everyone. Learn from my mistake.

Apr 06,2024Menos estrellas no puedo poner!!! Al principio solo quería pagar una prueba para rastrear el móvil de mi padre que le robaron. Claramente ponía que encontraron la ubicación EXACTA, y claro como que fui tonta en confiar estos tipos de web fraudulentas, pagué 1,68€ para poder ver donde se ubicaba el móvil, pero al haber realizado el pago, no salía nada de localización y los servicios que ofrecen son pésimos. Además que me descontaron 31€ así por la cara. Llevo días enviando una y otra vez emails para pedir el reembolso, pero nadie contesta ni a los correos!!! Encima ponen que en 2-3 días laborales…. MENTIROSOS!!! Debería de caeros la cara de vergüenza, os deberían de denunciar y cerrar vuestra empresa!

Apr 03,2024They are thieves, the product doesn’t give you what you want yet they ask you to pay for a free trial. Y’all be claiming that your policy is transparent and All but you lie. Every other subscription I have done in my life tells you when you trying to subscribe or do a free trial that you’ll be charge after days if you don’t cancel the free trial. But you all hid it from people and use it to take money From innocent people. You called if free trial but you charged £0.86 from me and still took £42 from me the next day. No cap I’ll make sure you are closed down. Cause you won’t take £42 from me when your app did nothing and I didn’t use it then y’all go away freely with the money. I’ll sue y’all if I have to.

Apr 03,2024Suite à mon premier avis scanners.io a répondu sur trustpilot de les contacter. Je leur ai envoyé plus de 6 mails en 15 jours mails mais aucune réponse de leur part. Ils sont beaucoup plus prompt à prélever et à repondre sur trustpilot que sur le site.

Apr 02,2024Its a scam. I have subscribed a trial version which is 1.18cad. But from my account automatically they have deducted 48CAD. And immediately I have cancelled subscription . Also I have raised a request, but I haven't received any refund or reply from them. And also the app is also of no use.

Apr 02,2024Works great, even if data transmission is off or there's no internet connection. 90% accurate location and movement can be determined. Useful if you don't want to install any tracking apps on the other phone.

QUIERO QUE ME REGRESEN MI DINERO.

Mar 28,2024On March 25, 2024 I've purchased a trial subscription of Rs. 79 which was valid for 24 hours. I found their services of no use which is why I sent an request email to Scannero that I want to cancel my subscription of which I have received a confirmation email as well which mentioned that my request has been received by company. Still, an amount of Rs. 4070 got deducted from my credit card on March 26, 2024 which activated a subscription for one month. For the request that I've raised to company on 25th March 2024 for cancellation of my subscription, I've received a revert on my request on 27th March 2024 that my subscription has been cancelled. Seriously what rubbish is this. Which company has the right to deduct the money from customer's account after you've received the request from customer that he/she wants to cancel the subscription. I've already raised a fraud complaint to my bank against you Scannero. Their customer care number is also fraud. This is an warning to Scannero:- If I'll not get my refund back to the original source of payment, I will surely raise a complaint against this scam company to the Indian Government and will highlight the complete case. I've each proof documented eg. 'confirmation email received from Scannero for receiving my request to cancel the subscription on 25th March 2024', 'email of payment deducted from my credit card by Scannero on 26th March 2024', etc. Now Scannero can decide ahead.

Apr 07,2024The site is cool, especially for jealous people..... it's a find, it shows where the partner is located. True, in places with no signal, you won't see the subscriber. But that's a rarity, of course.
