Apr 21,2024EDITING I actually received a prompt answer and my charge was refunded. So I have to say that even though the service as such did not work for me, at least the company did refund me the monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled, and to my best knowledge I actually did cancel it....but hey.....no harm done, so all good. Useless service and my subscription was immediately cancelled by myself, still I was charged 27EUR. I am blocking my card for now to stop any further charges. Also notifying my bank that this was a fraud. Scanner.io- stating that I chose the extra services, I STILL UNSUBSCRIBED immediately. So which part of unsubscribe means I will pay a monthly fee???

Apr 20,2024To those who were caught like me - block and renew your bank cards (I had used 2 🙄) or they will keep charging you increasing amounts. I preach www security but got caught for €1.06 and not even a hint of information. Seems most giving 5 stars are in the US 🤔

Apr 15,2024ES UNA ESTAFA!!!! Hace unos días pagué, para probarlo, una prueba de un día de 1,04€ y me han cargado, aparte de esto, un mes de 58,27€. Ya lo he dado de baja en su página porque, encima, tenía puesto de pagar todos los meses. Es una ESTAFA en toda regla, espero que lo retiren. Después de contactos con ellos, me dicen que me van a reembolsar el pago efectuado; si es así lo escribiré en la reseña para decir que es una empresa formal.

Apr 14,2024Cuidado! Ladrones que han robado 40€ a mi hermano. Ha pagado 0,50€ para encontrar movil perdido y luego no ha podido hacer nada, no funciona la busqueda. Luego en unos 5min le han cargado la tarjeta de credito de un importe de 40€.

Apr 14,2024Hola hace 4 días, encontré esta App pensando que me ayudará con un problema pero no fue así son unos estafadores te dicen que solo era una prueba gratuita de 24horas y después te cobran por un paqute mensual sin que tu lo hayas elegido, también llevó enviando mensajes y no obtengo respuesta. No deberían existir estos servicios fraudulentos.

Apr 14,2024Its a scam. I have subscribed a trial version which is 78 INR. But from my account automatically they have deducted 2900 INR. And immediately I have cancelled subscription . Also I have raised a request, but I haven't received any refund or reply from them. And also the app is also of no use.

Apr 13,2024Totalmente decepcionada. Pagué y no sirve para nada. Además me cobraron por un priority chat que tampoco funciona. Les he escrito 3 veces solicitando el reembolso, no responden. Exijo la devolución de lo pagado. Voy a seguir escalando el caso hasta que me devuelvan lo pagado. Apr 12,2024Scannero stole €40 from me and continue to attack my account no mercy from these people from Cyprus against Irish people.The Cyprus government permits this company to steal from bank account for no service zero.Entirely a scam ,one of biggest scammers in the world,I forgive you in the name of Jesus . Scannero have made a reply,to my experience,which is totally hollow,both my wife and I have to cancel bank cards , inconvenience of six days.How much money have we lost, bombarded with advertising from Scannero,the government of Cyprus continue to allow this company behaviour.All I can offer is that forgiveness is here.Please see the error of your ways ,poor people cannot afford to loose money,we need it to live.

Apr 08,2024Tagesabo 1,02 Euro, eine stillschweigende Verlängerung des Abos ist nicht bzw. nicht ausreichend erkennbar. Im Zeitraum von weniger als 24 Stunden werden weitere 57,31€ abgebucht, eine Kündigung sozusagen unmöglich. Das Abo wurde sofort gekündigt, ich hoffe, es klappt. Werde ggf. neue Kreditkarte beantragen.

Apr 22,2024Horrible service scammers withdrew 140 dollars from my account you cannot cancel if you even want to BIG NO NO do not order from this app going to call all New Zealand banks I have accounts with all major 6 banks and blacklist them. When told them they say offer a 10% refund for a service I did not even order. Will also put on face book and apple and major and android phone companies to blacklist this app total scam.
